Not up to the mark. the staff was very helpful

The original room was leaking
Was shifted to a smaller room
Where the the shower did not have hot water
The owner reimbursed 9 euros but my wife had to shower with cold water and it was freezing cold

Pros:

Buena ubicación, con un estacionamiento de pago en frente donde dejar el vehículo por noche (decir al cuidador que van a hotel nowara). El apartamento se encuentra muy bien equipado. El encargado es super atento y simpático, buen desayuno. A minutos caminando a la medina.

很好，这家是一间公寓。入住时间本来是2点。我们到得很早，又下着雨，老板很好请人来给我们开门提前入住了，公寓里还配备了大伞给客人使用，太体贴周到了，不然真的是要淋成落汤鸡了，早餐很丰盛，送进房间的。
Pros:

位置很好，不用进古城。步行古城几分钟，距离车站也近。古城里提着行李箱进去真的是太难了。

Le personnel très gentil

Cons:

Chambre trop sommaire pas très confortable. La salle de bain laisse à désirer. Les joints de lavabo et douche sont à refaire. Les chambres sur rue sont bruyantes,la porte de la chambre vibre à chaque fois que quelqu’un entre dans l’établissement.

Nous recommandons, très agréable.

Perfekt um die wunderschöne Stadt zu besuchen
Pros:

Super Lage, Parkplatz direkt gegenüber. Zimmer groß und gut ausgestattet. Leckeres Frühstück. Sehr nettes Personal!

V tomto zařízení jsme byli nejvíce spokojeni s ubytováním za našeho pobytu v Maroku. Snídaně byla velmi dobrá. Pokoje byly velmi dobře vybavené. Parkoviště je před ubyováním. Spolu s krásným Chaouen se jednalo o nejhezčí zážitek z cest po Maroku. Toto ubytování a destinaci můžeme s klidným srdcem doporučit!

Удобное расположение, до красивых улочек 10 минут ходьбы. Несколько террас на разных этажах.Напротив отеля большая охраняемая парковка 20 дхм сутки. Хороший завтрак, приносят к назначенному времени. В номерах есть кондиционер и обогреватель.

Cons:

Выход на террасу не из номера, а из общего коридора. В номере слышно, как приходят гости в отель.
