Der Aufenthalt war schön.
Pros:

Die Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit des Personals war außergewöhnlich, sogar für marokkanische Verhältnisse. Ganz besonders Zaid (?) der uns jeden Morgen ein sehr gutes Frühstück serviert hat!!
Das Zimmer war sehr groß und hatte eine gut funktionierende Heizung / Klimaanlage.

Cons:

Es könnten mehr Kleiderhaken vorhanden sein. Das scheint aber in Marokko nicht ungewöhnlich zu sein..

Excellent stay in a quaint town
Pros:

Great location, 5-10 min walk to the Medina. Very clean and hygienic property, we had a small kitchen, fridge, bathroom, and the sleeping area felt spacious enough for a two night stay. Loved having breakfast on the terrace. Nice hosts.

Cons:

The property is across from a mosque so if you are a light sleeper it may be an issue. Breakfast is decent but would be fantastic if the local Chefchaouen goat cheese were added to the menu (we bought our own and added it - it went well with the flatbread and honey).

We arrived before check-in and had asked in advance if we could leave our luggage. When we got there, the room was ready and we were able to check in early and settle in.

An experience with hundreds of Ants in our bed and room

It was a truly awful experience. When I returned in the evening after leaving my bags in the room, the entire room, including the suitcases, was infested with ants. There was no one in charge at the hotel, and the phone number they provided didn't work. Unable to reach anyone, I quickly left the hotel and paid a new reservation fee to stay at another hotel.


The next day, the manager apologized; he was very polite and conciliatory. He agreed to a refund and offered to dry clean the luggage, but it was too late. We wasted time searching for a new place, getting our ant-infested belongings cleaned, and paying the bill. Not being able to find anyone in charge and not being able to reach anyone by phone was really frustrating.


Gerçekten rezalet bir deneyimdi. Odaya çantaları bırakıp akşam geri geldiğimde valizler dahil tüm odayı Karıncalar basmıştı. Otelde hiç bir yetkili yoktu ve verdikleri Telefon numarası da çalışmıyordu. Hiç kimseye ulaşamayınca, Tabi ki hızlıca Oteli terk ettim ve yeniden bir rezervasyon ücreti ödeyerek başka bir otelde kaldım.

 

Ertesi gün işletmecisi özür diledi, gerçekten çok nezaketli ve uzlaşmacı idi. İade yapmayı kabul etti ve valiz için kuru temizleme teklif etti ama artık çok geçti. Vakit kaybedip yeni yer aramak ve karınca istilasına uğramış eşyaları yıkatmak ve faturasını ödemek zorunda kaldık. Herhangi bir yetkili bulamamak ve telefon ile ulaşamamak gerçekten çok rahatsız edici idi.

Pros:

Расположение отличное, близко и до центра и до автобусного вокзала, чистые апартаменты, вкусные завтраки (подают или на террасе или прямо в номер), персонал отзывчивый и всегда на связи, в номере есть электрическая батарея, нам не понадобилась, но, когда ночи холодные, это хороший бонус

Cons:

Не было чайника в номере, но когда мы попросили - нам сразу принесли его, было бы здорово чтобы он был сразу. Завтрак приготовили на 20 минут позже чем мы просили, это не критично, но когда приезжаешь всего на один день, каждая минута на счету и немного обидно просто ждать завтрак вместо того чтобы пойти гулять по городу

Sehr freundliche Begrüßung. Gute Parkmöglichkeit, schöne Dachterrasse, top Lage, gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Schlafmöglichkeit für Kinder am Sofa sehr schmal, hart und ungemütlich. Für Zusatzbetten nur Tuch und unbezogene Wolldecke. Sehr hellhörig.

A perfect spot for exploring the city
Pros:

We had a lovely stay at the property, and it was the perfect location for exploring the area. The room was a very generous size and if we wanted to cook, there was everything available for doing so. The terrace of the property is gorgeous and a lovely spot where to relax in the evening after visiting the city or enjoying breakfast in the morning. The breakfast was served at the time we wanted and we had the choice between the terrace and our own room. It was delicious and very abundant, setting us up for the day. The staff was absolutely lovely, and we are very grateful for the lovely welcome.

Cons:

The sewage smell in the bathroom was incredibly strong. We believe it is not necessarily a problem connected to the property, but cities in general in Morocco. Thankfully, we had some incense with us and that helped solve the problem.

Pros:

appartsmento nuovo, ottima posizione e parcheggio direttamente davanti. Bel terrazzo sulla città

Cons:

il personale non parla inglese, stanza non ottimamente insonorizzata, altoparlanti della moschea alle 5:30, e poi dalle 7:30 rumore in corridoio e persone che bussano alla porta della camera
