Overall, this was a very comfortable place to stay.
Pros:

It was very clean and at a great location.

Cons:

The front desk staff in the evening was not helpful at all. I asked for a razor and offered to sell me one instead of giving me a complimentary razor as the sign said was available. I forgot what other question I asked he and she was very dismissive.

Great, clean and comfortable place to stay!
Pros:

The whole facility was very clean. The beds were super comfortable. The shower had great pressure and hot water. We felt very safe. And the location was easy to get to and had several dining places very close by.
We would highly recommend staying there!

Friendly staff eager to please!
Pros:

My reservation was non refundable. I was on my way to the property and I had car problems which delayed my arrival by one day. I called the property and asked them if they could move my reservation by one day. The young man with whom i spoke was very kind and helpful. This hotel was very busy and I'm sure they could have easily said no and still rented out the room they saved for me.The property was in a great location and easy to access even with the highway construction around the city.

Cons:

I really have no complaints what so ever.

Great customer service

Cons:

Paid for breakfast but there was no breakfast. Stated staff called in. How do you not have aback up plan. Ask for refund and staff stated we will just give you points. Have not heard anything as of today.

Wonderful place
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful, the reception was wonderful, and the snack food choices were great. The room was very modern and comfortable with reading lights, a large TV, and great beds. The place was quiet. There was coffee in the morning in the comfortable lounge/breakfast area. Everything was comfortable, modern, and inviting.
