Clean and comfortable with friendly staff!

Friendly staff eager to please!
Pros:

My reservation was non refundable. I was on my way to the property and I had car problems which delayed my arrival by one day. I called the property and asked them if they could move my reservation by one day. The young man with whom i spoke was very kind and helpful. This hotel was very busy and I'm sure they could have easily said no and still rented out the room they saved for me.The property was in a great location and easy to access even with the highway construction around the city.

Cons:

I really have no complaints what so ever.

Great customer service

Cons:

Paid for breakfast but there was no breakfast. Stated staff called in. How do you not have aback up plan. Ask for refund and staff stated we will just give you points. Have not heard anything as of today.

Wonderful place
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful, the reception was wonderful, and the snack food choices were great. The room was very modern and comfortable with reading lights, a large TV, and great beds. The place was quiet. There was coffee in the morning in the comfortable lounge/breakfast area. Everything was comfortable, modern, and inviting.

Pros:

The staff was amazing! They absolutely made the stay more enjoyable, Janayja at the front desk and King behind the bar were great! Also really loved the lobby/lounge area, we hung out there pretty much all weekend.

Cleanliness and comfort of room

Cons:

Check-in. View from room. Bathroom door that is too close to the toilet. Short distance between end of the bed and the sofa. End of sofa should be cut off.

Great accommodations but expensive food.
Pros:

All in all great accommodations. The staff were very friendly.

Cons:

The breakfast options seemed overly expensive. Oatmeal, fruit cup& orange juice totaled $24. Coffee was complimentary.

Awful
Pros:

You had to pay for breakfast! Which we decided to do, but then there wasn’t enough staff so they didn’t offer breakfast or Starbucks that day!!!

Cons:

Our room was hot! So they moved us to another room! It was hot! Wouldn’t cool off! Miserable! And our granddaughter got stung by a Yellowjacket sitting in area outside. Staff acted like it was no big deal! And I was overcharged!
