Great stay for a great price
Pros:

Very clean, very modern and has all necessary appliances. The communication with the host was also super efficient and fast. I can only recommend this place

Not Recommended – Extremely Dirty and Poorly Maintained
Pros:

I stayed in the studio, which was decent in terms of facilities, but the overall experience was disappointing. The biggest issue was cleanliness—after walking barefoot on the floor, my feet turned black. The bed linen didn’t seem to have been changed, as I found hair on it. There was also a strange smell throughout the apartment.

Additionally, the location is quite far from the city center—about a 45-minute walk. While the owner has responded to past reviews saying they would improve cleanliness, it’s clear that nothing has changed. They simply don’t care.

If cleanliness and hygiene are important to you, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Passable
Pros:

having the space was comfortable as we carried luggage and the interactions with the owner via WhatsApp, he was very nice.

Cons:

the apartment did not feel clean or with any upkeep, sofa was not comfortable to sit it was a bit broken, toilet was not clean and in general the sheets as well from the bed did not look they were changed/cleaned.

Pros:

The owner was very responsive over WhatsApp. Even picked up my phone call at 11pm. Gave us a room upgrade after we notified him of the condition of the original room. The upgraded was pleasant and ok condition.

Cons:

The original room we were given was very different to the pictures online. The air conditioner didn’t work (it turned off after one minute), and areas of the apartment were covered in mould. It was a very strong smell. Hopefully the owner tends to this after being notified.

acceptable but in need of deep cleaning and improvements
Pros:

the window was big and brought in a lot of natural light. the location is very close to Tay Ho lake and Lotte Tower, the owner was helpful and it was easy to come and go late at night

Cons:

the first room I stayed in had a terrible smell, there was mould on the bathroom ceiling, the sofa was broken and the hot water didn’t work. the second room was a bit better but sofa was still uncomfortable, the hot water didn’t last enough to run a bath, and the sheets on the bed weren’t clean. the area is also incredibly noisy; people sing karaoke at 6:30am, the windows are single glaze so you can always hear the traffic too.

Great value for money
Pros:

The apartment is amazing. The bed is comfortable and it has a a jacuzzi bathtub which you cannot get for such a price in any hotel. Do not miss the rooftop view in the evening!

Cons:

Would be nice to have some additional toiletries and the entrance to the building does not do justice to the apartment
