Nell’insieme è un ottima struttura molto ben curata e se nn avessimo avuto il disagio del bagno gli avrei dato un bel 10

La struttura molto bella e nuova

Cons:

Unico difetto è stato che la ns camera aveva la doccia al centro del bagno quindi una volta aperta l’acqua si bagnava ovunque e x accedere al wc ci si bagnava i piedi e di conseguenza bagnavi tutta la stanza con le ciabatte

Eine schöne Masseria in toller Lage mit Potenzial zur Verbesserung
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr schön, genauso der Ausblick auf das Meer. Sowohl vom Pool wie auch von der Dachterrasse aus. Die Außenanlage ist sehr gepflegt und stilvoll gestaltet.

Die Zimmer sind grundsätzlich auch recht schön.

Anlage, Pool und Zimmer waren gepflegt und sauber.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr dunkel. Es kommt nicht viel Tageslicht hinein, ein paar mehr Lampen würden gut tun.
Wir waren nicht so begeistert vom Frühstück und sind später auch nicht mehr hingegangen. Die Auswahl war mäßig, das was es gab, war teilweise nicht so gut und der Raum ist recht ausladend. Außerdem hatten wir hier eine unschöne Situation mit einer unfreundlichen Mitarbeiterin.

Geärgert haben wir uns vor allem beim Check Out: es gilt der Hinweis bei der Buchung zu beachten, dass neben dem Zimmerpreis noch ein Aufschlag für Pool, Jacuzzi und Strand berechnet wird. Dieser Hinweis ist leicht zu überlesen und ich habe nie zuvor erlebt, dass man für diese Leistung extra zahlt, wenn man mit Pool und Jacuzzi wirbt. Zumal uns keiner darauf hingewiesen hat, dass es einen Strand gibt, den man nutzen kann. Das haben wir nur zufällig erfahren. Sehr merkwürdiges Vorgehen und ich verstehe nicht, warum sich dieser Aufpreis nicht auf den Zimmerpreis direkt umrechnen lässt. Der Mitarbeiter beim Check Out hat auch wenig Verständnis für unsere Verwirrung gezeigt und war dabei nicht besonders freundlich.

Wir hatten entspannte Tage in der Masseria, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis,
Pros:

gute Lage mit Sicht auf das Meer, individueller Shuttleservice zum Strand, schönes Zimmer, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Cons:

unser Zimmer war sehr feucht und hatte deshalb Schimmel an der Wand, nachdem wir es gemeldet haben wurde sich darum gekümmert, ich vermute, dass der Schimmel leider kein Einzelfall,
der Pool ist schön, aber könnte einen neuen Anstrich vertragen, der Service im Restaurant und beim Frühstück war freundlich aber nicht proaktiv

Great location, close to beautiful beach
Pros:

Very close to beautiful beaches : they have a cooperation with a RottaCapozza beach club, where you can get a free bed ¶ssol - perfect! They also have a transfer to the beach , which can be very convenient when it is busy in the summer . Quiet and comfortabel, clean, nice personel. Nice pool and shaded sunbeds. I surely recommend it .

Cons:

Nothing. We stayed 3 nights , we had a small outdoor terrace and dipping pool. but if we would have stayed longer, I would prefer a more light and open location. But this is personal.
