Pros:

We had booked the property because when I called them they said that parking was available on the premises. When we reached the property they told me that I need to have a VIP pass to bring my car to the property. They didn’t tell me when I booked.
Also the rooms were below standards unclean and bad ventilation for the price. They are lying to secure business.
Avoid at all costs.
You will find better facilities with parking about 1.5 - 2 KMS from the temple.
