일단 비좁다ᆢ 리조트는 아니니 이해할만하나 바 라운지 없고
ᆢ그나마, 자질구레한 문제, 예로 슬리퍼는 발가락에 들어가지도 않고, 로션 샴프병 꼭지도 원활치 않다ᆢ여기 직원들은 알면서 이런걸 방치 하나?
한국말하는 직원이 있어 좋다ㆍ

Everything about this property was perfect starting from the moment we entered to the moment we left we were very well taken care of :)
The onsen was amazing and the room was very spacious and comfortable

Everything at Banyan Tree was phenomenal from the food to the staff to the gorgeous room and property. My partner's birthday occurred during the stay and the staff went above and beyond to celebrate him quietly. We were so sad to leave - can't wait to return to a Banyan Tree property sometime in the future!

Pros:

閑静の場所にあり、設備ともに文句なし。
ただ、コンビニ、買い物などをする場合、移動には車が必要なのでその点が気にならなければ問題ありません。

Cons:

僕は喫煙者で、喫煙所が外にしかないので冬は寒いです。

雨が降ったら喫煙者にはかなり厳しい条件です

A divinely luxurious stay in Kyoto.
Pros:

Everything about this hotel was perfect: the location, the staff, the room and the amenities. The onsen available for the guest until late was a bless after a long day of walking around. The breakfast divine.

Cons:

Hard to find a negative but perhaps we were expecting a bigger outdoor space based on the description of the hotel.
