Pros:

Everything at Banyan Tree was phenomenal from the food to the staff to the gorgeous room and property. My partner's birthday occurred during the stay and the staff went above and beyond to celebrate him quietly. We were so sad to leave - can't wait to return to a Banyan Tree property sometime in the future!

Pros:

閑静の場所にあり、設備ともに文句なし。
ただ、コンビニ、買い物などをする場合、移動には車が必要なのでその点が気にならなければ問題ありません。

Cons:

僕は喫煙者で、喫煙所が外にしかないので冬は寒いです。

雨が降ったら喫煙者にはかなり厳しい条件です

A divinely luxurious stay in Kyoto.
Pros:

Everything about this hotel was perfect: the location, the staff, the room and the amenities. The onsen available for the guest until late was a bless after a long day of walking around. The breakfast divine.

Cons:

Hard to find a negative but perhaps we were expecting a bigger outdoor space based on the description of the hotel.

The property is impeccably designed and constructed, with an outstanding location. Nevertheless, the most memorable aspect of our stay was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff.

Every member of the team greeted us warmly, demonstrated genuine friendliness, and consistently went out of their way to ensure guests were comfortable and well cared for.

Our experience at this hotel surpassed expectations, and I look forward to returning soon with my mother.
