Extra Tag in Hamburg nach Kreuzfahrt!
Pros:

Hotel im 4. Stock.
Empfang sehr freundlich und herzlich.
Kleines Hotel, aber Zimmer recht groß und sauber.
Hilfsbereites Team.
Habe ein Zimmer bekommen mit extra großem Bett.
Lage sehr gut, nahe dem Bahnhof .
Frühstück war sehr lecker und ausreichend.

Cons:

Zimmer noch nicht fertig, obwohl bereits angekündigt wurde das ich früher anreisen muss.
Licht im Badezimmer braucht ca. 30 Sekunden bis es angeht.
Kissen etwas sehr flach für meinen Geschmack.

Interessantes Haus, gute Lage, freundliches Personal,aber (Einzel-)Zimmer zu teuer.
Pros:

Interessantes / ungewöhnliches Gebäude. Hotel Preuss = 1 von 5 Hotels im gleichen Haus, trotzdem ruhig. Lage sehr gut, gute ÖPNV-Verbindungen in der Nähe, auch zu Fuß Parks, Alster, Altstadt gut zu erreichen.
Betreiber / Personal sehr freundlich u. hilfsbereit. Frühstück (extra zu zahlen) nur am letzten Morgen genutzt, war i. O.

Cons:

Einzelzimmer sehr klein, Bad hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Der Preis ist dafür (auch in HH) überhöht.
Die Hitze während meiner Reise war auch in HH ungewöhnlich. Auswirkung: Altes Gebäude ohne Klimaanlage, ein kleiner Ventilator wurde aber zur Verfügung gestellt. Fenster zu öffnen, aber Schall v. a. von der nahen Bahnstrecke, Freitagabend /-nacht sehr laut wg. verschiedener Events, Gastro usw.

Badewanne, Frühstück tolle Auswahl und gut , sehr freundliches Personal , sehr aufmerksam, tolle Lage

Cons:

Defekter Kühlschrank, nicht ausgefüllte Minibar, Mülleimer nicht geleert bei Bezug, in einem Zimmer fehlender Kühlschrank zu gleichen Zimmerpreis, sehr hellhörig, teilweise Schimmel im Bad (Lüftung)
