Cons:

The staff was rude. No free water bottle it is chargeable . No handwash in bathroom. Light is too dim and room is stinky and smells very bad. Bed sheet was torn . Jet spray in washroom throws water out very slowly. When I entered in the washroom to bath, water was this much hot that my leg was burnt initially, then I applies the ointment for relief. The staff replied they didn't know when the geyser turned on.
Please don't recommend.

The location is excellent. It is in the center of the city, close to many tourist places and provides easy access to the market and other nearby areas.

Cons:

The maintenance is very poor and needs significant improvement. The bathroom was not properly maintained, and both the shower and fan controller were not working. No water was provided in the room, not even basic drinking water (bottled or normal). Towels were also not provided. The management should seriously look into these issues and improve the facilities for guests.

I had the worst day of my life in this hotel, I spent the entire night stressed, the room was so dirty that I may not even get it for free next time, I had trusted booking.com but now I feel that if booking.com prefers such hotels on its platform then next time I will have to look for some other platform.
