הייתי כבר כמה פעמים ועם היחס הטוב והאווירה הכייפית מחכה כבר לחזור

איפה אתחיל.. חדר האוכל גם בשעת לחץ קשה (היינו בשבועות ושבת שאחרי) פארס, עלי ושאר אנשי הצוות של חדר האוכל היו יעילים ונדיבים שלא נתנו לאף אורח לחכות וגרמו לו להרגיש מיוחד.
רותם שהיא חדרנית או מפקחת קומה עזרה בכל דבר קטן עד גדול אם זה להביא או לעשות עשתה בחיוך.
ובנוסף, אבשלום שהוא המנהל ועימאד גם הם היו שם בשבילנו לכל שאלה ובקשה.
ככה מרגיש בית ותודה לכולכם על הכל.

צוות המלצרים ומנהל חדר אוכל נתן לנו שרות מעולה, והיה מאד יעיל, ודאג לנקות מיד את השולחנות.
מנהל המלון אמייד נתן לנו תחושה טובה, וטיפל בכל דבר שהינו צריכים מייד, הכל בסבר פנים יפות ונעימות, כל הכבוד לו.
אני ימליץ לחברי להגיע אליכם בשל הנעימות במלון.
ניקיון החדרים היה טוב מאד.

נהנינו מאוד מהשהות במלון החדרים היו נקיים ונעימים, השירות היה מצוין והאווירה הייתה רגועה היה אכפתיות מכל צוות המלון מחדר אוכל ועד המנקים
רצינו לציין במיוחד את סרגאי מהקבלה אדיב, מקצועי וסבלני מאוד. הוא עזר לנו בכל שאלה עם חיוך ונתן יחס אישי שגרם לנו להרגיש רצויים ושמשהו מתיחס אלינו .
שירות ברמה גבוהה מאוד!
בהחלט נחזור שוב ונמליץ לאחרים.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner ok but I sent an email by Booking asking if they could do any king of surprise for my wife since it was her 81 birthday and nothing was done about it The room they put us was number 1017. There was a terrible noise like a machine running all night and we couldn't sleep!
