Important information:

Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. אהבנו הכל , במיוחד קבלת הפנים של פלג בקבלה ומנהלת ההזמנות שהתייסה בלב רחב , היה לי טעות במחיר היא ופלג עזרו לי וקיבלתי החזר עוד לפני היציאה מבית המלון , ובלי שהייתי מקבל את ההחזר אחלה בית מלון ואחלה צוות .

The room was superb, the food was delicious, the location was good and the WiFi was strong.

Cons:

The hotel has two pools: an outdoor pool, open to all guests, and a heated indoor spa pool, which according to the procedures is intended for guests aged 16 and over only. Unfortunately, during our stay we realized that in practice there was no enforcement of this rule, and many small children entered the spa pool.
This situation significantly damaged our stay experience. We chose the hotel, among other things, because of the opportunity to enjoy a quiet spa pool adapted for adults, but in practice the atmosphere was noisy and not in line with the purpose of the place.
It is worth noting that during our stay we contacted the hotel management and filed a complaint about the issue, but to our disappointment nothing was done to address the problem or enforce the procedures.
In addition, according to hotel policies, smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the hotel. However, during our stay, guests smoked in the pool area, and we did not see any enforcement from the hotel staff on this issue either.
