דאגתם לנו לארוחת שישי ולארוחת צהריים, למרות שזה בכלל לא היה חלק מהדיל שסגרנו, ובשבת, כשלא קמנו לארוחת הבוקר, דאגתם לנו לאוכל עד לחדר. באמת שקיבלנו שירות נדיר, חם ואישי, הרבה מעבר לכל מה שציפינו.

האמת שלאורך כל השהות פשוט לא הבנו למה מגיע לנו כל הטוב הזה 🥹❤️

חשוב לנו במיוחד לציין את עזרי, מנהל חדר האוכל, שהיה מקסים, אדיב ודאג לנו מכל הלב. אפילו בשבת ראינו אותו מסתובב עם עגלה ותינוק, וכנראה שגם שם הוא היה עסוק בלדאוג לאורחים ולעזור להם ליהנות מקצת נחת עם התינוקי 🥹❤️

אנשים כאלה הם בדיוק מה שהופך מלון ממקום שמתארחים בו למקום שבאמת מרגישים בו בבית. תודה על היחס, האכפתיות, הנדיבות והשירות מכל הלב.

חזרנו מחופשה זוגית במלון קיסר טבריה והיה פשוט מדהים. הכל ברמה גבוהה. קיבלנו חדר דלקס יפה ונקי, מזרונים איכותיים שכיף ונוח לישון עליהם, המלון והבריכה נקיים והשירות מעולה, האוכל מגוון וטעים והתחושה ביתית וחמה. נציין לשבח את אבשלום המנהל שדאג לנו לכל משך החופשה ופינק אותנו בלי סוף. אין ספק שנחזור שוב.
