Good if you have your own vehicle.
Pros:

Probably just the AC since the building is new

Cons:

It’s very out of the city center, nothing here is near. You need to have a vehicle to make your life easier. Internet sucks. Cant even scroll on any platforms. Blankets are too thin i think it was the bedsheets they gave. No water bottles nor refill. Stayed two days but soap and shampoo was only for 1 day and 1 person

Pros:

The front desk staff is recommended because she is welcoming. However, their booking details were not correct. In the booking, they guaranteed that we would be given a second-floor room and could check in at 1 PM. When we arrived, the check-in and check-out times were conflicting. We waited several minutes for the room to be cleaned. Also, the location is far from the center of Moalboal and from Panagsama Beach.

Cons:

The shower in Room 4 does not have an adjustable spray, and the water pressure is too strong, causing discomfort. Additionally, the TV is not functioning due to the absence of load, as informed by the front desk. I also hope the management will provide additional staff to ensure the rooms are cleaned in a more organized and timely manner

Bé en general. Ben situat, però no de la zona turística, si no de la zona més local (on s’agafa el Bus). Amb moto són 15 minuts fins a la zona turística.

The property was clean and well looked after. All staff were super friendly and helpful. The owner / manager Ryan was very welcoming and helpful with booking activities including island hopping and general information regarding the town. Would highly recommend.

Great but not the most quiet!
Pros:

Clean room, good for the price, near town

Cons:

Must say that I couldn’t sleep much, lots of noise for nearby road, dogs barking almost all nights and roosters screaming even in the middle of the night

We booked 2 nights. The first night we woke up in the middle of the night due to the noises in the hall way. People were screaming until dawn. So we decided to not extend or finish our stay after first night.

Bon séjour au calme loins des touristes.
Pros:

Bon établissement pour séjourner qq jours à MoalBoal loin des touristes et au calme. Nous avons pu louer des scooters sur place ce qui était nécessaire pour pouvoir se déplacer car la ville est un peu loin surtout pour rentrer la nuit.
Chambres confortables et personnel accueillant et la vue des chambres magnifique.

Cons:

Les prix pratiqués pour les services supplémentaires sont élevés.
