Pros:

Wonderful stay here. All the staff were kind, welcoming and helpful. Spacious and comfortable room with great view. About 700m to beach. Several large supermarkets nearby, great for self catering. Lovely rooftop pool, they were about to renovate this area as well. Would recommend

Zum „nur“ Übernachten mehr als ausreichend.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit Fenster für zwei Nächte gebucht. Leider ließ die Sauberkeit in diesem Zimmer zu wünschen übrig und wir fragten beim Personal nach einem Upgrade nach, welches wir kostenfrei erhielten. Das neue Zimmer war mit Balkon und um einiges sauberer und einladender. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.
Die Lage ist gut, direkt an der Hauptstraße wo sich einige Bars, Restaurants, ein 7/11 und auch ein Food Market befinden.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist nicht mehr so neu wie auf den Bildern. Auf dem Dach, wo sich der Pool befindet sieht es mehr nach einer Baustelle aus. Zum verweilen lädt dies nicht ein.

Ein absolut traumhafter Aufenthalt! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich vom unglaublich freundlichen Personal empfangen, sodass wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt haben. Das Hotel besticht durch eine moderne, stilvolle Einrichtung und ein sehr gepflegtes Ambiente. Unser Zimmer war wunderschön, komfortabel und makellos sauber. Das Essen war lecker – hier wird wirklich auf Qualität geachtet.
Ein besonderes Highlight war das Rooftop: ein wunderschöner Ort zum Entspannen mit toller Aussicht. Der Strand ist nur etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und einfach herrlich.
Wir kommen garantiert wieder – eine klare Empfehlung!🤩

Ratana platinum lives up to its name
Pros:

Staff were heaps friendly and super helpful would definitely stay there again , good rooms, quiet area away from more populated loud areas so no loud music all night suited me personally

Cons:

I wish I booked my trip for longer to enjoy more of the restaurants food and rooftop swimming pool

Great location, easy pick up for excursions, shops, bars. 5 min walk to the beach. Very nice clean and spacious rooms. No pool bar on the roof but they are building a new one.

Nice hotel but cleanliness needs improving and a lot of noise.
Pros:

The location is good if you don't mind a 10 minute or less walk to the beach and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The pool was lovely, nice depth, size and temperature. View is lovely too. Bed was good size but not very comfortable. Room size very good. Staff very polite.

Cons:

The walls are very thin. I could hear word for word the movie next door were watching. Was also right next to the cleaning cupboard and the cleaners were not considerate at 730am.
The general cleanliness and maintenance wasn't very good. All the surfaces were sticky, and dust and dirt on the floor. There was also a strange smell when you enter the room. Everything just needed a touch up like paint etc.
No hand shop for the bathroom sink which I thought was a little odd. Even a small bar would've been nice.
Water wasn't replaced in the room. I had to ask reception.
The shower takes a good 3-5 minutes to heat up so don't jump in straight away.

The smell some times were over whelming in the restroom areas. Maybe the pipes back up from waste. But that’s it
