Pros:

Café da manhã muito bom apesar de básico. Hotel atende as expectativas apesar de não estar num local bem movimentado

Cons:

Mau cheiro que ficava no corredor, o que me deu a sensação de não haver limpeza. Além disso na limpeza do quarto não era frequente a troca das toalhas

Buena ubicación y personal amable.
Pros:

La ubicación excelente, el personal de servicio muy amable. Las instalaciones estaban bien, aceptables y limpias. Televisión y cable funcionaron a la perfección.

Cons:

para el precio que pague esperaba mejores instalaciones, el piso era de loza muy frÍa y la estética del lugar era vacía, parecía una bodega.

Hotel acogedor y bien ubicado en providencia
Pros:

La cama era muy cómoda, viajamos en invierno y la calefacción era muy buena, mantenía el hotel y la habitación cálida.
El agua caliente salía al momento sin tener que esperar y a muy buena temperatura.

Cons:

No hubo algo en específico que no me gustara, todo cumplió con las expectativas y en algunos lo superó.
