En general es una muy buena opción
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente. Lo hemos escogido antes. Tiene estacionamiento, bonitos jardines, muy buen desayuno

Cons:

Nuestra habitación tenía desnivel , inmediatamente al abrir la puerta hay un peldaño de bajada NO SEÑALIZADO en absoluto. Peligroso para tercera edad como nosotros.
Había muchos pasajeros , y hubo lentitud en la reposición de café , jugos y otras cosas del bufete de desayuno. Incluso mesas no habilitadas y tuvimos que esperar ( poco) mientras el personal habilitaba más mesas

Gran hotel para disfrutar de Santiago

Me encanta este hotel, porque está bien ubicado, es lindo, confortable. Tiene un buen desayuno y lindos espacios comunes. El personal es muy atento.

Cons:

Lo único que encuentro que debe mejorar es el baño. Las instalaciones son antiguas y, si bien funcionan, están a punto de no hacerlo, no sé si me explico. Siento que les falta un poco invertir para mejorar detalles en el baño para que todo funcione mejor.

El hotel precioso, muy cómodo, todo muy limpio, atención de la recepción excelente.
No tuvimos la oportunidad de comer ahi, pero muy buen desayuno.
La ubicacion muy buena. Nos encanto el Hotel, de todas maneras para volver.

Dos detalles, pero que no fueron mayores. Al llegar la pieza estaba demasiado acalorada. quizás ver que la temperatura este adecuada para llegar. Porque era mucho, como que faltaba aire. Ya después con el aire anduvo muy bien. Y las toallas del baño, creo que podrían ser mejores. Se agradecen las toallas mas suaves o mas gruesas.

O hotel é bem localizado, numa rua tranquila.... parte da equipe foi atenciosa, parte não foi. Tivemos um problema com a mala, que não abria e o funcionário não se empenhou para tentar nos ajudar. Nada fez.... Os quartos são confortáveis, boa cama e chuveiro.. mas televisão super antigas, que não funcionavam a contento... não conseguimos assistir nada e nem conectar o streaming.... cobertores antigos, tudo está precisando de uma renovação....
