Feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel. While the ambience and overall environment were good and appreciated

Cons:

unfortunately, we had to shorten our stay due to unforeseen circumstances.

What has been disappointing, however, is the lack of flexibility and transparency regarding the refund. If this were a truly guest-focused and honest hotel, we believe a partial refund for the unused stay would have been a fair gesture.

Additionally, I had specifically requested a GST invoice, which I have not received so far. Kindly share the invoice at the earliest, as this is essential for our records and compliance.
