الغرفه مريحه والسرير مريح
اشكر العاملين في الفندق وحسن تعاملهم ومساعدتهم وخدمتهم ودائما مبتسمين
اشكر في الاستقبال الاخ يعقوب ساعدنا كثير وحجزنا يوم زياده في الاوتيل وكان معانا متعاون

J’ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour au The Westin Istanbul. L’hôtel est élégant, les chambres sont spacieuses, très propres et le lit est extrêmement confortable. Le personnel est chaleureux, attentionné et toujours disponible. L’emplacement est parfait pour faire du shopping et découvrir la ville. Merci pour votre excellent accueil. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Certains personnel sont hautains et peu serviables
