Muy buena ubicación en el barrio de Nisantasi. Personal muy amable. Habitación familiar amplia y bien decorada.
El sofá cama de la habitación familiar no es muy cómodo para dos niños de 13 años.
Istanbul is home for me, but after living abroad for the past 15 years, I’ve stayed in a range of hotels whenever I visit, including Divan Istanbul and The Georges Hotel Galata. I can say without hesitation that Western Nisantasi Hotel surpassed them.
First, the hotel is new, and it shows. Everything feels fresh, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. But what truly sets it apart is the location (and the gym!). Nişantaşı strikes the right balance, central without being overwhelmed by heavy tourist traffic. It’s ideal for first-time visitors who want access to the city without being stuck in the busiest areas. From here, getting around both the European and Asian sides is surprisingly easy, and many key spots are within walking distance.
The service made a real difference. Ikram and Devrim at reception were attentive, warm, and efficient throughout my stay. Erdoğan and Ugur, the bell staff, were equally helpful and welcoming. There’s a level of care here that stands out, especially compared to more established hotels that can sometimes feel transactional.
