The "city view" was disappointing as it was mainly a view of the adjacent buildings rather than a real view of the city

The location is amazing and almost everything we wanted to do was a walking distance. The staff were amazing upon check-in & check-out, everything was smooth.
The hotel is really nice. The staff is professional and super friendly, the facilities are great, the room was excellent. The breakfast is rich with everything you can expect both from a hotel of this class and the local cuisine.
The location was the main issue, especially that the room was facing the boulevard. It was super noisy with non-stop traffic until 2-3 am. Sirens during the night every 5 to 10 minutes. We could hardly sleep. Honestly, if you get a room not facing the main boulevard this would drastically change the experience.

Je suis absolument ravie de mon séjour dans cet hôtel ! Tout était parfait : l’emplacement est idéal, la literie est extrêmement confortable, ce qui permet de vraiment bien se reposer.
Mais ce qui fait vraiment la différence, c’est le personnel. Toute l’équipe est tout simplement incroyable, accueillante, chaleureuse et toujours aux petits soins. Un grand merci tout particulier à Zafer bey pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme, qui ont rendu ce séjour encore plus agréable.
Je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés et j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir !
