Comodo per un breve soggiorno
Pros:

Hotel situato in un edificio storico. Zona verde e tranquilla a pochi passi dalla fermata di Dammtor.

Cons:

L'ingresso al pianterreno lascia un po' a desiderare quanto a pulizia, però è in comune con gli altri hotel presenti nell'edificio.

Freundlicher Empfang und angenehmer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Die Lage ist optimal. Man ist schnell zufuß in der Innenstadt, am Opernhaus, an der Laiezhalle in Planten und Blomen und am Dammtorbahnhof. Trotzdem ist es nachts ziemlich ruhig und auch Dank des sehr bequemen Bettes konnte ich gut schlafen.
Der Empfang an der Rezeption und das Einchecken war sehr freundlich. Frühstücken konnte ich aus Zeitgründen nicht.
Ich würde bei Gelegenheit wieder gern dort buchen.

Cons:

Das Bad war sehr klein, aber dafür hatte das Zimmer einen kleinen Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheit.

Pros:

Ausgesprochen zuvorkommendes Personal. Damit sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Sehr gute Lage. Hat seinen eigenen Charme.

Pros:

Ich kenne das Hotel Wagner gut, jahrelang habe ich auf Dienstreisen hier immer sehr gerne übernachtet.
Daran hat sich jetzt, bei privaten Besuchen, nichts geändert.
Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeitenden, die Lage und das ganze Ambiente sind einfach klasse.

Great experience in a beautiful building in a beautiful part of the city
Pros:

An overall excellent experience, beautiful room with balcony, great staff, amazingly central and easily accessible, surrounded by a beautiful part of the city. I would book here again any time!

Cons:

The single bed was very comfy, great bed, but just a bit small if you're tall and like some space.

A really nice hotel, and very good value for money.
Pros:

The staff were lovely – courteous, friendly, and very helpful. The location was very convenient, within walking distance of the city centre, and in a pleasant, safe area. The room was comfortable, well-equipped, and quiet; a decent chair and desk were useful, and the lighting was good. The breakfast was exceptional.

Cons:

My only suggestion is that there be a kettle and a mug in the room, even if guests have to bring their own coffee or tea. Otherwise, I can't think of anything to improve.
