Wer es großzügig, und geschmackvoll eingerichtet mag bei gleichzeitig zentraler Lage, ist hier richtig!
Pros:

Die Großzügigkeit, der Balkon, die schöne Einrichtung , gute Ausstattung mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, sowie die Lage in Laufnähe zur Waterfront, außerdem die Restaurants und der Coffeeshop im Haus.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war unerträglich laut, das Bad klein, nur mit Badewanne ausgestattet, was für Menschen mit Behinderung problematisch sein kann, und das Bett „knarrte“ beim Umdrehen. Für so eine großzügige Wohnung fand ich den Esstisch einfach zu klein.

Beautiful Apartment in Best Location with some Frustration

Beautiful Apartment

Cons:

Since Totalstay took over much has Gone Down. Frustrating getting from -2 parking to your floor....needing to use 2 different lifts. No hot water at bathroom basin. Worse shower head EVER...Had a 1 hour AC service while in apartment 😕 to find it still leaking water after. No staff sent to clean after the mess they made.

We loved our stay here and would definitely use them again maybe just ask for a room facing the front which is a shame a

Good location very safe very clean very friendly

Cons:

Our room was above the pub, the petrol station and the restaurants and was very noisy at times during the night

Great location, friendly staff but cleanliness of the apartment was disappointing
Pros:

The location was great. Within walking distance to city centre, shops and restaurants. Also, easy to get to the freeway and to other tourist centres by car.

Cons:

The apartment was not fully clean when we arrived. The trash from the previous occupant was still in the kitchen and the whole apartment and bathrooms were only cleaned superficially. We raised it with the staff who then sent in a team to clean up. The staff was very helpful though.

Great Location, dissapointing apartments.
Pros:

The Location of the apartments is excellent. The size of the apartments was good for 4 people.

Cons:

There were many problems using the entry system to the apartment block. There were broken cupboards, mould in the bathrooms, balc9ny door would not lock, missing crockey and the fridge was not able yo keep things cold. Effectively there has been little maintenence of the apartments. The staff seemed unable to provide a solution to any problems

Pros:

Emplacement idéal, au centre de tout, accès facile, supermarché et restaurants à proximité.
Le comfort des appartements et des lits.
Le professionnalisme de Mr Hervé, toujours disponible en cas de besoin.

Cons:

Le Check in, trop lent, problème technique. Appartement disponible à 15h.

Enjoyable and safe stay in Cape Town
Pros:

Felt safe in the complex, with security. Parking was easy. Layout of apartment was convenient.

Cons:

Kitchen equipment was quite basic.

Good standard aparthotel
Pros:

Large 2 bed apartment, clean, comfortable , well , equipped, good local facilities , supermarket, wine store and mix of restaurants, an easy 20 minute walk to V&A waterfront.

Cons:

Electric ran out overnight , freezer defrosted, luckily nothing destroyed. Meter topped up in the morning .

Pros:

The location was great and the size of the unit was more than expected. The staff were helpful.

Cons:

The unit smelt like canabis unfortunately which was unpleasant. The curtains and carpet had a stronger smell. Not amazing when I have a 3 yr old staying with me. The bath tub in the one bathroom was cracked and taped over which seems like a hazard. There were too few pillows on the beds and tv remote needed replacing as some buttons were missing. Other than that it was good

C’est un très bon séjour dans la ville. L’hôtel manque une petite ambiance de vie au retour

L’accueil était très sympa

Cons:

L’entretien n’est pas à niveau . Des fuites dans la salle de bain , lavabo bouché etc , et pas du tout réparé malgré les réparations .
