Excellent and a mind blowing view
Pros:

Flat Espetacular
Pros:

O flat é maravilhoso, amplo, iluminado e com vista para Table Montain. Tem cozinha completa, dois banheiros, banheira, maquina de lavar e secar. O AC atende todo o apartamento e o controle é total.
A limpeza ocorre diariamente e o pessoal deixa tudo perfeito, inclusive a louça.
A localização é excelente, há menos de 10min de carro do Waterfront. Além disso, o estacionamento é coberto, organizado e gratuito.
No térreo, tem algumas opções de restaurantes. Não experimentamos, mas estava sempre bem movimentado. Tem supermercado e posto com loja de conveniência na rua de trás também.

Not too bad with the right room
Pros:

Good location. Great to have a few restaurants at your doorstep and easy walking distance to the Waterfront. Felt very secure with access control and good security. Nice parking. Enjoyed the pool and small gym.

Cons:

Our 1st floor room overlooked the restaurants and bar below. Extreme noise emanating from the patrons at the bar. I requested a change of room when we arrived, which was done very quickly by the duty manager - superb effort by him. We were placed in the front of Xenia, which was a vast improvement. Room very cozy, but kitchen utensils need a few upgrades.

Pros:

Centraal gelegen, met nam het stadscentrum is goed te voetvte bereiken! Gebouw is uit alle richtingen goed aan te rijden!
Mooi en modern ingericht app.
Zeer behulpzaam personeel. Drie restaurants in het gebouw! Parkeergarage in het gebouw.
Een uitgebreide supermarkt en bottle storr aan de overkant van de straat!

Cons:

Het Waterfront is niet goed te voet bereikbaar. Nadat de schemering intreedt, wordt veiligheid een groot probleem. Met de auto vanuit de parkeergarage wel OK.
