Facilities was good but due to noise I won’t recommend to anyone

Not to far from attractions in the area

Cons:

Area where s very noisy. Room was above a filling station and busy road which made a lot of noise at night.

Lovely stay in nice apartment
Pros:

Nice apartment with good beds, kitchen and all cutlery provided, washer & dryer was a plus, very friendly staff at reception. Nice, big SPAR supermarket just 2 mins away. Took us about 18 minutes to walk to the Waterfront. Smaller pool and training facilities inside the building. Would stay again.

Cons:

I experienced a severe security breach and a complete lack of accountability from the hotel management. I left $250 USD securely zipped inside an internal pocket of my carry-on bag in my room, but before checking out, I discovered someone had gone through my luggage, opened the internal zipper, and taken the cash. When I immediately reported this, the front desk staff was incredibly dismissive and offered zero help, simply stating they are 'not responsible for lost items,' even though my closed luggage was clearly tampered with inside my private room. The absolute lack of security, respect for guest privacy, and basic customer service is unacceptable, and I strongly advise against staying here if you value the safety of your personal belongings.

Pros:

The size of the apartments and the location.

Cons:

Some dated furnishings, broken safe, leaky shower, very loud extractor fan. I did mention it and was moved to a more functional room but I think all rooms should be given care and reasonable finishing.

Apartamento muito barulhento os vidros não eram duplos e ouvia-se o barulho da rua e dos carros. Limpeza péssima. 10 dias sem nunca trocarem os lençóis da cama. Frigorífico não faz frio. Péssimo.

Recomendo a hospedagem no Xênia Aparthotel
Pros:

Optima Localização, no meio entre CDB o Waterfront, por isso, optimo para lazer e questões formais. O bairro de Waterkant é realmente um dos mais seguros de CT. O hotel não fica muito distante da praia e, pela caminhada nos permite apreciar a beleza de Green Point.
O hotel tem dois bons restaurantes no rés do chão, o que facilita a vida de quem nele se hospeda.

Pros:

Great location with lovely turkish, portuguese and japanese restaurants on the ground floor. Also loved the fact the yoga studio with smoothie bar, and hot and cold studios. Lovely vibe
