Bright spot on our trip
Pros:

Bright and beautifully decorated. Clean, wonderful towels, comfortable bed, and quiet.
Easy to find, great parking, and walkable to me places to eat and things to do.

We had an exceptional stay at the boutique and will definitely return.
Pros:

The property was located well within close walking distance to shops and various restaurants. The hotel was very clean, beautifully decorated, that offered excellent food and boutique shopping. The hotel team were very friendly, professional, and accommodating.

Cons:

The cafe closed daily by 5:00pm. If you were out enjoying the are for the day, you were not able to partake in their food and cafe atmosphere. Not a big issue, it just limited our opportunity to enjoy all that the cafe offered.

Worth staying during South Padre visit
Pros:

The rooms are well decorated and designed. Beds are comfortable. Air conditioning was configurable and housekeeping was good. Good TV. Downstairs cafe was welcoming. Lavnder latte is a must try.

Cons:

The room floors could use mopping and cleaning a little more.
