Do atendimento de todos os colaboradores, muito simpáticos, atenciosos e prestativos, em especial ao Marcelo da equipe do restaurante! E as refeições com aquele gostinho de comida caseira, muito bom!!

Cons:

Às atividades de "aventura" do hotel é muito restrita, não sendo possível agendar os horários.

Nossa estadia foi excepcional! Funcionários incríveis, lugar maravilhoso, alimentação perfeita. Achei apenas o preço das bebidas um pouco caro, uma vez que até a água não é inclusa, mas nada que nos preocupe diante dos pontos positivos. Há pescaria, quadras de esporte e piscinas para todos os gostos. O passeio a cavalo foi incrível, com profissionais muito atenciosos. Estamos ansiosos para voltar!

Funcionários muito prestativos e acolhedores.

Cons:

Tenho um filho atípico, e acredito que falta um preparo maior de alguns recreacionistas para trabalhar com inclusão. O Miguel foi muito bem tratado, mas por vezes vi que se eu não fosse atrás para incluí-lo nas atividades ele não participaria. Entendo que não foi falta de vontade, mas talvez falta de conhecimento para compreender que ele é capaz de participar de todas as atividades que ele quiser, basta saber adaptar em alguns momentos.
