polite and helpful staff - clean property and well-appointed room - very nice food (breakfast and room service) - good location (next to Expo and Knowledge-Park)
The first invoice had a mistake, and I was asked afterwards to pay the missing amount - that can happen, of course, but an honest apology and maybe a small discount (especially regarding the relatively high room rate I was booked on) would have been appreciated. There was really noisy construction/repairs one day - again, of course maintanance is important and understandable - but when on a business trip and working in the room, this was very distracting (and again: not really acceptable when paying a room rate this high).
I stayed the night the tradeshow was over so the breakfast had limited western food choices

Check in was not proper ....despite prior booking of a King size bed Deluxe room they gave us a twin bed room..... Later of course they changed but it kept us waiting and it shows carelessness on the part of the staff that why they were not alert in giving the right room though it was booked prior.
Sehr schönes Hotel , sehr sauber, sehr freundliches Personal und hilfsbereit, sie haben mir sogar geholfen ein Bus ticket zu kaufen…. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet, geschmackvoll ausgestattet, riesige und leckeres Frühstücks Buffet , alles perfekt …
Außerhalb des Hotels ist überall alles noch im Bau, die Umgebung ist überhaupt nicht schön….
Het hotel heeft een rechtstreekse toegang tot de beurshallen. Het eten was bijzonder lekker. De kamers zijn comfortabel genoeg. Goede ervaring.
De prijs was iets te hoog voor het aangeboden comfort. Dat zie je wel vaker tijdens beurzen.

Central AC is not for Heating, compensated by providing room heater. Room Heater was of good quality.

Too much noise at night. We couldn’t sleep there was knocking and people talking very loud all night
