Вже не вперше і точно не востаннє заселяємось тут.
Розташування в центрі, дуже зручно добиратись до Труханова, де проходять бігові старти.
Зручно те, що можна поставити машину в дворі і не перейматися парковкою - в Києві з цим непросто.
Зручно, що є друга ковдра - для тих, хто спить під різними ковдрами.

В отеле только одна приветливая девушка на ресепшене. Всегда свет и вода.
Есть бутылочка с водой ( плюс).

Cons:

В номерах под кроватью никто не пылесосит, нет ощущения свежести.

Відсутня можливість відчинити вікно на провітрювання.
Запах цигарок у ванній, тягне запахом з вентиляції. Це єдиний випадок в цьому готелі. Була в інших номерах і ніколи такого не траплялося
