The stairs are difficult for people with large luggage and children; we had to use one staircase to get to reception and two more to access the rooms.

Cumple su función de poder dormir cerca del aeropuerto

Cons:

El hotel es básico pero tal cual la fotos. El servicio mal, lentos para atender. Llegamos tarde y preguntamos donde podíamos comer, nos dijeron Uber Eats, pero el hotel tenía servicio de comida 24 hs. Sin embargo nunca atendieron el teléfono y no pudimos oedir. Por otra parte soy celiaca, en la reserva pedí desayuno sin gluten, me dijeron que aprobaban el pedido. Cuando hice el check in avisé, y al otro día al momento del desayuno me dijeron q no había nada.

O quarto é confortável com móveis novos.

Cons:

A equipe de funcionários da noite é extremamente mal educada. Me hospedei com a minha mãe e não tinham toalha no quarto, ofereceram toalha de rosto para ela tomar banho! Além de ter sido grossos como se a gente estivesse pedindo um favor! Péssima experiencia! Apenas a menina do restaurante era humana e educada! O atendente da recepção se negou a ajudar duas mulheres a carregar uma mala mesmo quando a gente pediu ajuda na entrada. Uma vergonha!!!!
