It would be more helpful if the check-in and check-out was explained better. 2:30am of the day we arrive to find out who was meeting us isn’t good enough. We had to message how to check out.

Right above NOBU. It is at the NOBU residences it’s very nice. Decent rooms. Good amount of space.
The accommodation was new, clean, and secure. The location is great. Basically, a 10-15 minute walk to most tourist destinations. I highly recommend this place.

This is a brand new property that is blocks from Rogers Center, Ripley's Aquarium, ACC, and Union Station (easy acess to get to Exhibition Place, etc.). Great home base for your trip to Toronto Downtown.
I would also like to say that it was very nice that we were met at the building and given a tour of the premises. The place is very neat. We will stay here again
We booked through Wikipedia and contacted the property via the app on the check-in day, and they promptly assisted with check-in. We met at the building entrance at the check-in time, and the host personally showed us the room and handed us the keys. The room was newly built, very clean, and the building had staff on site, ensuring security and safety. We could reach out anytime for help, and they were very accommodating. Since it's a newly built building, the address wasn't accurate on Google Maps, but delivery worked when using Nobu Residences Toronto.
If I visit downtown Toronto again, I would gladly make a reservation here. Thank you for your service!
Hosts were great to work with, great communication and friendly. As a courtesy we were upgrade to a newer location which was a 10/10. A great view of the CN tower from the bedrooms/living room. Great location for walking in area and commuting.

I was a bit unsure if we made the right choice, as this was our first time trying a “Aparthotel”, but once we were there and checked in, we were pleased. We were actually relocated to a different building, but was not an issue for us, just basically around the corner and half block away. Excellent location for walking anywhere. Great communication with the property attendant, not sure if he owned the condo or not.
I think they need to fix the lighting in the bathroom.
Note: the phone number that comes in the confirmation email is wrong, it’s a dead number. We communicated through the Hotels.com app and then we got the right number. This is a bit frustrating at first.
We’ll stay there again.
