True paradise
Pros:

Everything was phenomenal - but the real standout was the staff. They were absolutely lovely and welcoming - it truly felt like home!!

Holiday in paradise, shame about the illness.
Pros:

Truly beautiful setting and place to stay. Staff are amazing, beach villa was out of this world!

Cons:

Unfortunately we both had stomach upset during our stay. This was a shame as overall both restaurants were very good with plenty of choices.

Onna pisitive note, it wa very relaxing . My room was kept clean and tidy daily.
Pros:

The location, the spa, the staff at the spa, sunset over water (was expecting a full view of sunset but it was actually to the side-felt a bit ripped off over that- a better explanation would suffice) The buffet needs help, food was mediocre, Breeze Bar needs help , customer service there is awful, wanted to sit at the bar and was actually kicked out by the bartender one evening about4pm while waiting fir my luggage to arrive on the late plane about 430pm-5p. Then at 12noon next day, only one guy manning the bar, he was bartender and server, i felt awful for him as it was busy time, everyone wanted drinks at that time. Jet skiing was too expensive, even the USA would not charge that exorbitant price of $300+ for 30 minutes. On the plus side, kayaking was part of all inclusive and free. The singer and guitarist could sing a more upbeat songs rather than sad heart broken songs

The mini bar needs help, a can of chips and chocolate bar, 1 Carlsberg beer and the rest sodas. Don’t drink sodas . There’s no wine or hard liquor (the mini bottles). TV needs update, consider internet tv

Island was nice, staff very friendly and helpful. Food was edible but disappointing
Pros:

The staff were very pleasant and helpful, rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard and mini bar replenished. Having travelled to the Maldives a number of times, it is always a great location. Villas on the beach, nice pool area and spa.

Cons:

The food was poor, such a mixture of food groups and often cold unless you had food from the grill which was cooked fresh. Fully understand it must be difficult to cater to various nationalities, but still made meal times uneventful. Sadly, hotel did implement dress code for dinner, which was disappointing. Other guest were extremely inconsiderate, cutting lines to order food, no pleasant requests to the chefs either. Guests on their phones whilst eating taking video calls and this was every evening, taking the ambience out of the experience. No consideration for other guests around them - very disappointing.

Paradise island with amazing staff
Pros:

The food offering was excellent and the staff were all fantastic. Our water villa was lovely and the cleaning staff did a great job of servicing the room regularly.

Cons:

The equipment in the Teen club could be renewed and improved - mainly the pool cue and the table tennis equipment.
The wine offering was pretty poor and good be improved slightly for little extra cost. They could also offer some more wines by the glass (for a fee) rather than just have a by the bottle list.

Очень хороший отель
Pros:

Отличный отель, сравнительно новый и еще не успел "устать" - свежая мебель, сантехника, и тп. Отлично кормят, выбор большой и разнообразный. Раз в неделю день суши. Мы брали виллу на воде, она просторная, с балконом и спуском в воду, лежаками, ванной, большой кроватью. Виды - супер! Снорклинг советую только со стороны ресторанов, по другую сторону скучновато. Видели скатов и даже большую черепаху. Очень приветливый персонал. У нас было все включено (не премиум) - его вполне достаточно, в премиум входят только некотороые марки алкоголя + скидка в ресторане. Также нас бесплатно свозили на снорклинг и подарили 1 ужин в ресторане в рамках пакета. В аэропорту нас отправили в бизнес-лаунж от отеля. Лететь до острова от Мале примерно 35 минут, на лодке не добраться.

Cons:

Очень маленький и скудный спортзал - всего 1 гантельный ряд (до 20кг), турник и кардио зона (дорожки / велосипеды / груша). Виллы на воде (особенно рассветные) находятся рядом с местом взлета/посдаки самолетов, и это очень громко. Самолет может прилететь в 6 утра, либо раньше. Берите беруши. Показалось странным что в главном ресторане нет холодильной зоны - все десерты, йогурты и тп стоят в тепле. С вилл особенно не поснорклить - сильное течение и смотреть особенно нечего. Также у нас было раннее отправление и нам предложили завтрак в контейнерах с собой - положили только пару маленьких булочек и кусочки ананаса. Уборка так себе, но она два раза в день - берут количеством а не качеством, в целом ок.

Estrutura e local paradisíacos com atendimento de excelência!
Pros:

Hotel maravilhoso com instalações incríveis e equipe muito proativa, simpática e bem treinada. Além da comida deliciosa do resort, o local é paradisíaco. Amei tudo e voltaria sempre se pudesse.
