Pros:

The hotel is perfect. In a very quiet place, but still in walking distance to all shops and restaurants. The breakfast is very good with homemade food and gorgeous view. The staff are very helpful. Webwere with a rent a car and there is enough place to park it near the hotel. Thank you very much!!!

Cons:

There is a bad smell occasionally in the bath. It comes from the sewage. However this is not a problem when the bath door is closed. Also there is window in the bath, so it can be ventilated. This was not an issue for us at all.

Fantastic!
Pros:

The staff there has been very helpful and accommodated our needs to get a room on ground floor for my mom with crutches and I greatly appreciate it. They have also been very helpful in booking activities. I literally booked last minute (10 PM the day before) the hot air balloon and they managed to get me one for a reasonable price. It was fantastic, thank you very much!

Cons:

The place to hold the shower was too high (around 1.9 m from ground) and it was literally too high for me. And water spilled over on the floor

Adoramos tudo! Desde a simpatia, ao pequeno-almoço... o quarto era muito bom e ainda tivemos direito a um upgrade no quarto gratuito, passando a ser um quarto com jacuzzi. Foi sem dúvida uma excelente surpresa. Tratamos também com o hotel diretamente os transfers do aeroporto para o hotel e vice-versa e correu tudo super bem. Super que recomendamos! Nada a apontar.

Accueil chaleureux. Disponibilité et réactivité de Hakan et sa sœur. Ils sont très à l’écoute des clients et de très bon conseil et par dessus tout très gentils. Emplacement idéal près du centre mais au calme. Literie d’exception, petit déjeuner copieux.

I had an amazing experience staying at Divin House in Cappadocia. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived—they truly made me feel at home. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and the entire property was well-maintained with great attention to cleanliness.

The food was also excellent!
