Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Cancellation policy: no money will be refunded but guests can use their deposit for a future reservation.

Please note: The Guest will be charged with a 20% of the booking at the moment of the booking, this amount is non refundable.

30 days before the check in date, the customer will be charged with the remaining 80% of the booking, at this time the full amount is non refundable

Propriétaire insupportable. Aucun intérêt
Pros:

Peu de choses.

Cons:

Le propriétaire est insupportable. Donneur de leçons, psychorigide et pesant.
L’hôtel est décrépit et loin de tout.
On n’a pas envie d’y rester.
Sargasses et piscine petite. Resto de plage très moyen.

With limited food options available, you should book an apartment and self cater.
Pros:

I liked the staff, friendliness and the beach access

Cons:

The restaurant was closed and this was not communicated to us. This meant our only option was to eat all our meals at the next door bar or walk a kilometre then take a bus to the nearest town.
Also, the sargasso grass was a good four meters thick so it was a beach resort with very icky sea access.

It is a very quiet hotel that was very reasonably priced and we were able to walk to catch the bus, but it should be made clear that there are no shops or other restaurants within walking distance. I really hope they can reopen the restaurant and give this quaint hotel back its former glory. Tony was a very kind host.

The other concern is that to grab a collective bus you have to cross a busy highway and it’s scary.

Excellent location right on the beach and value for the money. Good management.
Pros:

Excellent value for the location. Beautiful beachfront and super relaxing. Unlimited filtered water in the room. Room was spacious. Good room amenities.

Cons:

While the beachfront restaurant on the premises was good, I wish there was a minimarket and alternative restaurant nearby.

Tony was great. Took care of getting us a cab and anything else we might want.
Pros:

The beach was beautiful and the sand was soft. The pool was excellent on windy days with lots of sunshine. The deck was lovely to sit out on and jus enjoy people watching and t ocean

Cons:

There is no comfortable place to sit inside the room. The couch is rock hard. The location is out of the way and you need a taxi for anywhere you want to go. Plus the little restaurant next door was the only option for dinner. No public restaurants close.

Consiglio questo hotel a chi si vuole veramente rilassare, lontano dal caos di Tulum e Cancun.
Pros:

Hotel con spiaggia privata. Acqua potabile in camera e macchina del caffè gratuita, condizionatore, piscina, terrazza panoramica dove poter guardare l’ alba.

Cons:

Lontano dai servizi, se non hai una macchina in affitto è complicato spostarsi in autonomia. Il bar/ristorante che c’ è attaccato alla struttura non accetta i pagamenti con carta. Ma il cibo molto buono.

Sublime beach, too isolated.
Pros:

Location is sublime. Beachfront apartments on the ground floor are fabulous and worth the money. Beach was well maintained, pool, clean, and lovely.

Cons:

Our price is increased twice. We booked 22 bedroom apartments, beachfront, and they didn’t have them, and what they substituted was more expensive. When we got there, the couple in the hotel room, hated it… Dark, damp, and no ocean view. They had an opening for a one bedroom, that our bill went up by more than $1000. I thought this was outrageous and felt ripped off. Rooftop deck is closed, adjoining restaurant only takes cash, and has poor food and many missing menu items. It is a terrible place to stay without a car, and taxi van arranged by the owner was absurdly expensive. We were able to negotiate much better rates for other dates, but again, felt ripped off.

Traumhaft schön!
Pros:

Alles! Einfach zu finden, es gibt genügend Parkplätze, der Empfang, tips&tricks für Essen/Ausflüge/Umgebung und natürlich die Unterkunft. Diese ist liebevoll und grosszügig eingerichtet…leider waren wir nur 1Nacht da aber man könnte gut länger bleiben. Der Strand und das Meer sind natürlich traumhaft schön und ruhig.

Cons:

Der einzige kleine minus war dass im Restaurant/café/Bar am Strand keine Kreditkarte akzeptiert wurde. Da wir auf dem Heimweg waren, hatten wir kein Bargeld mehr. Usd, wize usw werden akzeptiert. Vorne im Städtchen war es kein Problem.

Pros:

The property is right on the beach, next to a little restaurant. It was absolutely perfect. There is a pool, communal area outside the pool which was great to play cards at during the evenings.

The little pool in the back felt like a little piece of heaven.

Tony greeted us as we were getting out of the shuttle making arrival completely stress free.
Beautiful accommodations and proximity to an excellent beach restaurant with vegan options…perfect vacation.

Es war einfach nur super! Total entspannt und ruhig! Toni ist ein super Gastgeber, der immer schnell erreichbar ist und viele Tipps für die Umgebung hat! Wir hatten die Chance Babyschildkröten am Strand schlüpfen zu sehen!
