Great beach and view...rooms are rundown
Pros:

The common areas are stylish. The beach is nice and not crowded, it seems only hotel guests use it.The view from our room.

Cons:

The rooms are in desperate need of renovation. There are some airbnbs in the complex that have been renovated. I would book one of those next time..They have small kitchens and nicer furniture.

Ansonsten ein paar sehr schöne Tage verbracht.
Pros:

Sehr schöne Anlage, riesiger toller Pool und der wunderbare Privatstrand mit Liegen und Schirmen. Auch das man am Strand mit Getränken versorgt werden konnte.

Cons:

Wir hatten etwas Pech mit dem Bad. Aus der Toilette lief unten immer Wasser raus so das das Bad immer nass war und die Gefahr des Ausrutschens bestand. Nach unserer Reklamation wurde der Schaden jedoch sofort repariert.
An zwei Tagen bekamen wir für 2 Personen lediglich 2 große Handtücher für die Dusche. Kein Vorleger für die Dusche und auch keine kleinen Handtücher z.B. für die Haare. Dies dürfte bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel nicht passieren. Aber auch hier wurde direkt Abhilfe geschaffen, nachdem wir reklamierten.
Das Hotel selbst ist für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung nicht so günstig gelegen. Allein die vielen Treppen, die man zum Zimmer oder zur Rezeption steigen muss, sind mühselig. Dazu kommt noch ein sehr unbequemer Weg hinunter zum Parkplatz. Auf den Stellplätzen vor der Rezeption durfte man leider nicht parken.

We had a wonderful time. It felt like a sophisticated vacation.
Pros:

It was so beautiful with the gardens and trees everywhere. The white stucco and the curves of the buildings made it feel so warm, inviting and luxurious.

Un paraíso terrenal

Difícil de contestar. Todo me parecio excelente

Cons:

Fuimos en 4 ocasiones a solicitar toallas y Las personas que atienen no estaban. En 2 de esas ocasiones nos tuvimos que llevar las toallas a la habitación. Fuimos más tRde y tampoco estaban. Llamamos a recepción para informar y después de un buen rato de esperar llego la sra encargada.
