Mi e' ´piaciuto tutto, la struttura e' bella e la camera era spaziosa e pulita, si puo' scegliere opzione all inclusive o alla carta, lo staff e' gentile, la spiaggia privata molto bella e spaziosa, praticcamente l'intera baia, la zona piscina e' confortevole
La atención de Carlos un mesero que fue muy amable con nosotras
Los cuartos les hace falta más higiene, la atención en el área de piscina, los alimentos deberían ser más variados.

La amabilidad y disponibilidad del personal de primera
Como me quede 7 dias después del 4to dia notamos que la atención y amabilidad con la que nos comenzaron a atender bajo lo cual nos entristecio por que nos imprecionamos al comienzo de la estancia.
La piscina gigantesca y las habitaciones cómodas.
La profundidad de la piscina, toda la piscina era de 1.20 mts. Me hubiese gustado que hubiera una parte de mínimo 1.50 de profundidad. Eso la haría más fresca por la tarde.
We only stayed one night before heading to Puerto Escondido and it was short but sweet. What we loved: the bar right on the beach (I only wish it was open a little bit later), the property grounds are lovely and well maintained, and the room we stayed in had a balcony with ocean views. It was really nice listening to the birds chirping and waves crashing from the comfort of our room. The staff were all lovely and helpful. It was really nice to be right on the beach and so close to the airport.
The rooms are a bit dated and could use a reno, parts felt a bit grungy. Bed could have been comfier too.

no había conexión de el teléfono de la habitación del hotel para solicitar servicio al cuarto y no pusieron toallas y tuve que secarme con la bata de baño después de bañarme, lo reporte a recepción y espero que esto sirva para que se tome en cuenta porque se supone que este servicio debe estar al 100%

Es cómodo y tranquilo, el personal muy amable y las habitaciones amplias.
Nos dio la sensación de que hacía falta más personal, estaban un poco saturados. El primer día tuvimos un problema con hormigas en el cuarto, pero lo solucionaron.

Excepcional mi experiencia durante mis vacaciones, solamente me gustaría que hubiera opción con camas King o una sola cama mas grande para parejas.

I like the architecture of the hotel, that was beautiful and the greenery outside.
Value for money was very low. The room was way overpriced for what they offer, for example there is no minibar and no sofa but an outdoor table and chairs inside the room, linens stained, technology from 20-30 years ago, shower almost not working. Then they beach they manage, umbrellas are too deep in the sand, some beds are broken. Coffee prices like in the most expensive cities in the world, food too, but worse than coffee....definitely not 4 stars, maybe 2 if you're trying to be nice. Definitely disappointed with the quality here. Also, every service they offer their guests, like taxi for example, is priced double vs the market, and the people there still expect a tip...
El servicio del personal, la comida deliciosa, el bar en la playa muy bueno tanto la atención como la preparación de sus cócteles.
La música del DJ sin definición, por ratos "agringada" pero no buena, falta música más mexicana instrumental y en la alberca y bar, más latina y alegre.
We loved the location, the views, the spaciousness of the bathroom and the bedroom, the balcony and how nice all the employees were. The hotel is very nice and feels big enough. We loved that the pool is a single depth.
The food was pricey and good but not great. We would get small water bottles in our room but nobody told us (until we asked) that they were complementary. The pillows had thick fabric covers (almost felt like upholstery). We would have liked a coffee maker in the room.
