Our rooms sliding door was very difficult to close. We heard everything in the room next door. The pool wasn't deep enough to find cool water.

Die Abrechnung bei den Essen war speziell, mal konnten wir aufs Zimmer quittieren, mal nicht, das Personal machte manchmal mit den konsumierten Getränken ein Durcheinander und auch dachten Sie, dass wir mal ohne Verpflegung hatten, mal all inklusiv, aber war nicht so tragisch, da das Hotel wirklich Traumhaft ist.

Muy bonito y limpio todo el lugar, habitaciones, restaurantes, cafetería,boutique, bar, albercas, jacuzzi externo y playa.
La atención al cliente es excelente.

Cons:

Restaurante muy caro.
No hay rampas para discapacitados, la tina de baño muy resbalosa (sufri una caída)
La alberca grande le falta mantenimiento tiene varios mosaicos caidos en su parte interna.
No hay barandales en las albercas para los adultos mayores.

Great beach... nice pool if it would have been cleaner. Beautiful hotel design and overall relaxing property. Lots of room for higher quality ifmaintenance and staff training was better

First room we stayed in was unacceptable. Not cleaned properly. Sink counter was broken. Floor dirty. Patio door was rusted and did not lock. No towels in room on checking. Property was not properly maintained, food was poor quality and selection. Also overpriced for quality. Pool in room was in poor condition. Main hotel pool needed cleaning! Second room. Fan did not work and airconditiong only worked on high speed and was very loud.
Drinks were usually served in plastic glasses...were small and of poor quality. Furniture is out dated and minimal.

The Camino Real Huatulco is in an excellent location, overlooking a small private bay, and the hotel's architectural design ensures that every room's terrace offers a direct, open view of the bay and the beautiful swimming pool. The hotel premises provide a lovely natural setting of well-trimmed bushes, colourful flowers, trees, and walking paths that serve to access the various spaces, such as a Starbucks cafeteria, a comfortable bar with a big TV screen, a palapa bar near the swimming pool, and a gym with perfect exercise machines where hotel guests can spend time relaxing, having a cold drink, socializing wiyh friends, or simply working up and keep the body in a good shape. The breakfast buffet is varied and complete every morning, featuring seasonal fruits and a selection of dishes. Dining service at night often includes a dinner buffet or an à la carte menu, but if one opts for the latter, there might be a long wait for one's entree, especially at peak hours. The management of the main restaurant should allocate more cooks when conditions warrant. Also, the restaurant offers special meals (Italian cuisine, barbecue grilled meats, seafood on the grill, etc.) on certain nights, and even special events (such as free movie showings by the beach area with finger food and drinks for purchase). Unfortunately, for the movie screening we attended, there were only a handful of people in the audience, which I attribute to ineffective promotion for these special events. I encourage the hotel administration to be more proactive by informing the hotel guests about all these special events via a printed daily or weekly information page and/or an information activities and events board at the entrance of the main restaurant and at the hotel reception lobby
