Ninguna habitación se encuentra en óptimas condiciones , no tiene ninguna remodelación , apesar de que el hotel lleva 25 años que se encuentra abierto !

Cons:

Habitación sucia , cortinas sucias y rieles rotos.

Terraza sucia , sillas dañadas , muebles viejos con pintura inflada !

La habitación no se encuentra en óptimas condiciones para el precio que está indicado en el costo de la habitación de ese hotel !

La ubicación, las instalaciones del lugar son muy bonitas

Cons:

Tuvimos problema con las puertas de la terraza necesitan mantenimiento, tuvimos problemas con el aire acondicionado, asi mismo no nos dejaban toallas de mano después de la limpieza las pedíamos y nos traían todo lo que necesitábamos.

The rooms had a beautiful view of the ocean. The room with the pool was especially nice. Everything was very clean. There was a Starbucks, a market, a bar and a couple of restaurants. You really don’t have to leave the premises for anything if you don’t want to.

Cons:

The hotel is on the beach, but that part of the beach has a very strong current. We were not allowed to even touch the water by the lifeguard because the current is dangerously high, when in the other bays in Huatulco the current is low and nice. The hotel is not near anything. It sits away from the city or any sort of restaurant or market. Nothing is within walking distance.

La atención del personal, las instalaciones limpias, cómodas, adecuadas.

Cons:

Un huésped que aparte de que nos pidieron no fumar en las instalaciones, el no solo fumo si no que estuvo fumando marihuana en la habitación de al lado, teníamos alberca privada y no pudimos disfrutar por el fuerte olor.
