Pros:

Like the location and the room service it was clean when i requested for cleaning

Cons:

I did not check before i booked that there is no private bath, the public bath is so crowded its too small we need to wait for the availibity of the shower and hair dryer, the ofuro is top small you can even relax to many people

年末年始の繁忙期にもかかわらず、フロントでお尋ねした時に丁寧に対応してくれた。
さすがマリオットの綺麗で素敵なホテルだった。

Cons:

女子の温浴施設でずっと大きな音が鳴っていたのであまりリラックスはできなかった。

Our first time, making us hope for another time in Sapporo!
Pros:

Breakfast was well worth it, a great start to our morning

Cons:

Just a little off the track for a walker but we walked to most things anyway. Just a bit more time to get to the main areas

Centrally located hotel with comfortable and spacious rooms
Pros:

Beautiful hotel located within walking distance of a train station. The lounge and buffet breakfast were excellent. The hotel provided sleds and toys to enjoy the snow with, which was a delight!
The hotel room itself was spacious and had very comfortable beds. Will definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The restaurant food was a little pricey. I would have loved a shuttle service from New Chitose Airport or Sapporo Station, as dragging luggage through the snow was challenging - but otherwise no real negatives!
