Location, staff, comfort - everything perfect!
Pros:

Such a lovely and beautiful hotel! Outstanding staff: So welcoming and helpful!
Perfect location right by the ocean with ocean view from any room and you can hear the ocean at night. Amazing!
Within walking distance to great restaurants and a small supermarket.
The pool is wonderful, the beds were extremely comfortable, everything was really clean and organised. There’s coffee provided and the WiFi worked perfectly.
A fantastic experience! Can’t wait to come again.

Cómodo y práctico para disfrutar Playa Hermosa y Jacó
Pros:

Comodidad y seguridad a un muy buen precio. El hotel es pequeño, pero acogedor. La habitación estaba muy limpia, así como el resto de las instalaciones. El hotel conecta con la playa a través de un pequeño portón, que permite el acceso controlado si vienes de afuera. En la habitación, hay buena seguridad también.
Ducha con agua caliente y buena presión, aseo del baño excelente.
Almohadas y camas muy confortables, el personal fue amable también.

Cons:

El kit de aseo del baño es muy básico y no es de buena calidad.
El televisor es pequeño, y la señal de algunos canales no es tan nítida.

Great relaxing with ocean views and sunsets!
Pros:

Great location right on the beach with restaurant next door, rooms very comfortable and clean and staff helpful and friendly. Sunsets were amazing!

Cons:

Can be Rough ocean for swimming (currents and shortbread) especially be careful if young kids. A bit of noise from street can be heard from rooms on that side, but not too bad as long as not super light sleeper.

Pleasant and enjoyable
Pros:

We loved the balcony. You can see the ocean and the simming pool. Room was very spacious and clean

The air cooler didn't work the first night but when I told them about it they came right away and fixed it

Pros:

La habitación es muy amplia, la cama principal es muy muy cómoda. Todas las instalaciones estaban muy aseadas. Todo el proceso de check in y check out fue fácil y rápido y el personal fue muy atento. La ubicación está muy bien pues tiene acceso directo a la playa, una hermosa vista (no desde todas las habitaciones pero si desde el jardín) y está cerca de restaurantes, supermercados, etc.

Cons:

Los colchones de las camas secundarias no eran TAN cómodos como la principal, pero tampoco eran incómodos. Sería ideal tener una mini área de cocina, aunque sea compartida, para poder alistar pequeñas meriendas o snacks.

The fact that it’s right in the beach was great. The pool was pretty cool as well.

Cons:

My finance was bit by bugs every night. To a point where she had welts on her back on this last morning, very bad. They did not have a restaurant or bar on the site as advertised which made us spend more money that wasn’t budgeted for.

Great value if on a budget. Can’t beat price for beachfront location
Pros:

Friendly professional staff. Large comfortable room. Beautiful beach front location.

Cons:

Due to being off season the 2 nearby restaurants had limited hours and the hotel had no lobby or restaurant so when it rained we just sat on our patio.
