Beautiful and safe. What a gorgeous apartment we received. The elevator was down but stuff happens. When visiting family we will stay again. Cross fingers they still take weekend or week reservations.

Television station’s inadequate
Pros:

The apartment was very clean. There were only 2 small forks. The television was associated to the company and would not let me use the streaming services, I wanted to log into my accounts but could not do it. The choices of stations was only live tv and it was not adequate. I think you should give clients more choices for their tv viewing.

Beautiful, clean, and safe area to stay! I stayed while completing my clinicals at a local hospital. Near freeways and lots of stores. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again if I ever return to Florida.

Pros:

Personally this was not the place for me. It is an apartment community and the upstairs neighbors were incredibly loud both nights. The master bath stunk like urine but thankfully there was a second bathroom so we used that but it wasn't very clean either. Otherwise, everything else was fine. Lots of restaurants right next to it which was convenient. Other apartments in the community might be fine but I would not recommend 4309.
