Superb.
Pros:

I travelled to the Falkland Islands as part of a charity delegation and stayed at the Waterfront for 10 days. I cannot fault the staff or hotel, plus it is in an amazing location in the heart of Stanley. I also hosted a dinner in the restaurant for 8 people which went very well. The included breakfast was also superb.

Las instalaciones del hotel son muy confortables y sumamente cómodas. Con una vista y amenities que lo hacen único. El restaurante es de primer nivel. El desayuno, almuerzo, cena, exquisitos. A todo eso se suma la amabilidad, la profesionalidad y la atención de todo el personal. Las barreras idiomaticas no son problema. El gerente Alex Olmedo garantiza que tu estadía sea única y te facilita todas las actividades que quieras hacer. Amar, Andres, Thandy, Diane, Christine, Philipe aseguran que tu estadía sea maravillosa. La ubicación del hotel y las vistas a la bahía son únicas. Si visitas las Islas, debes ir a The Waterfront Hotel Boutique.Muchas gracias a todos por una estadía maravillosa.

Exceptionally warm expert hospitality, beautiful interiors and bedroom and delicious breakfast
Pros:

The team made my stay so comfortable with a wonderful room that was very well cleaned each day - the interior design of the room was lovely as was the rest of the hotel and the restaurant downstairs. Andreas, Alex and Vanessa are so friendly and attentive - exceptional service and so warm and welcoming. This was my first working visit to the Falklands and they made it is a very smooth and easy stay - thank you so much. If/when I return I will stay again.

Cons:

The only small thing that could have been better is not having to come down each morning to get the new wifi code - but that was the only thing!

Stay in no other place when in Stanley. This is the best.
Pros:

The hotel is the best place to stay at when in Stanley. The manager will cater to your every need and will always be checking on you so that your experience is enjoyable. Our trip was delayed several days and he worked with us to modify our reservation without penalties, and had even made a reservation for us to have dinner the day we arrived, knowing it would be hard to find a spot because it was a holiday. Overall an amazing experience.

Cons:

The room could have been a tad spacier, we had seen the rooms in the images but did not get one of those (it was smaller).
