Chambre correct, personnel peu serviable.

L’extérieur est sympathique, la chambre est convenable pour le prix.

Nous avions fais une demande de transfert pour venir nous récupérer à l’aéroport qui nous avais été acceptée par message booking. J’avais pris une chambre exprès la nuit d’avant pour pouvoir nous reposer. Nous sommes arrivée après avoir fais un long voyage à 6h du matin à l’aéroport et personne n’étais venu nous récupérer. Au moment d’arriver pour le réceptionniste s’est littéralement moquer de moi quand je lui ai expliquer la situation en lui disant que ce n’étais pas lui qui s’occupait de cela. Le service demander n’a pas été effectuer. Petit conseil, ne prenez pas le transfert de l’hôtel comptez sur vous même.

Le personnel est accueillant, serviable et agréable. Un peu de calme fait du bien. La salade au quinoa est très bonne ! Les serveurs sont très pro.

Cons:

The bed was very hard. No TV no refrigerator, cost of tricycle to go anywhere was expensive. Breakfast was average. Bad sewerage smell coming from under the loose tiles. 350p for 7 kg of laundry but got charged double because it was in 2 plastic bags 5kg. Surcharge on everything.

View in the back was nice, the bar/cafe staff were nice

Cons:

No tv in room, tiles were cracked, sink faucet was wobbly but the room was clean and beds were comfortable.

The best accommodation in Palawan and Puerto Princesa.
Pros:

Extremely clean, spacious , modern and comfortable room. Aircon quiet and effective. $ very good value . Beautiful swimming pool - long enough to lap in. Poolside service from bar. Pool table and good billiard cues.

Cons:

Scraps food left on tables and floor in dining areas attracting insects. Had to request an obvious clean up when staff weren’t busy. A lift to assist luggage to upper floor . My cocktail definitely lacked alcohol. Positive it was somehow overlooked but difficult to prove. Bought two and no alcohol affects or taste of alcohol. Watch barman make it!

I like but need to have some changes and the hotel will be at least 3 start hotel

Staff are very friendly but not enough choices outside very nices building inside very old need some restoration
