Великолепный отель,с невероятным видом на бухту,чистым бассейном,уютной лаундж-зоной и приветливым персоналом!Утром на уютные газоны перед окнами номеров прилетал белый журавль,все дышит свежестью вокруг.Удобства в номере в порядке,номер чистый.Расположение отеля удобное.Особую благодарность хотим выразить барменам ресторана,они делают офигенные коктейли!Ребята-вы молодцы!Всем рекомендую этот отель!!

Great value, extremely scenic but expect a very basic room.
Pros:

Very beautiful building and architecture, amazing view of the surrounding mountains across the bay.

Cons:

The building is old, it can be dirty in some areas of the facilities, there isn't much at the hotel apart from the reception, the café and a small pool. No gym, no common spaces, no real restaurant. The hotel is also very far from any decent restaurant or stores. There are some sari-sari nearby however.

Rooms are ok, no tv, no couch. Only a bed, a desk and a bathroom. There is, however, a nice balcony that comes with every room, giving you that breathtaking view of the Palawan landscape.

The whole experience was amazing from the bar staff ..cooks and upfront personel!

Disappointing and disorganised
Pros:

That we could rent a motorcycle- although the one they originally gave us needed an oil change and would turn off randomly as we was driving around. Which was so dangerous!

Cons:

The staff were incredibly rude, the motorcycle we had was broken. The AC in rooms is poor and the wifi is pretty much unusable. They lost my passport and made me late for an outgoing transportation which cost me extra money.

Beautiful views, relaxing atmosphere, and a friendly team made my stay memorable
Pros:

A wonderful stay at Hotel Palacio in Palawan. The hotel offers one of the best views among hotels in Puerto Princesa, and I especially loved the terrace dining area and the pool area, which were perfect places to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The staff were friendly, attentive, and dedicated to making sure guests had a great experience. A beautiful place to stay with a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
