Not a bad place, but would not stay here again unless the place gets a much needed deep clean and tidied up.
Pros:

The pools were nice but definitely needed to be cleaned out. The location was great and the quietness too. We unfortunately had someone smoking weed near us the whole time as we kept smelling the strong smell in our room and on the balcony the entire trip.

Cons:

The dishes were dirty with dried up food on/inside of them. The toilets were AWFUL & not cleaned at all. The shower looked like it had dried up boogers in it that clearly had not been wiped out. The cleaner after our stay got offended and became very angry & irate when we told her how the place was not clean when she asked. Not too professional or “top notch” as the owner claimed them to be. She stated the filth in the tub would not come off but personally we sprayed bleach and wiped the tub down and it was then clean.

The owner was very accommodating to allow us with helpful and timely information before and after visiting. Was quick to answer and respond with questions and concerns. Property is very well maintained and clean. Spacious room and lots to do on the facility. Highly recommend

Wonderful place to stay :)
Pros:

Very very nicely decorated apartment and everything was very clean. This apartment exceeded all of our expectations and more. We loved relaxing on the balcony after a long day and also the swimming pool and jacuzzi. The master bedroom was so comfortable and nice to relax when it was time to go to bed. The other room was also great with its on bathroom. We really loved it there. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Pros:

This location was ideal for dropping off our daughter at college. It was super clean, super nice and had a nice view. The pool was awesome and the amenities in the unit were good!

The apartment was absolutely wonderful—spacious, exceptionally clean, and very well organized. Michael was a truly outstanding host, checking in daily to ensure everything was going smoothly and offering help if needed. Our stay was nothing short of relaxing and comfortable. I highly recommend!!

Absolute Empfehlung für Selbstversorger in Myrtle Beach.
Pros:

Komplett ausgestattete Wohnung mit wirklich allem, was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt. Ausstattung hoch- und neuwertig. Tolle Lage in gepflegter Anlage. Toller Poolbereich.
Walmart, Outlets und Strand/Boardwalk in weniger als 15min mit dem Wagen zu erreichen.
Sehr netter Kontakt mit Besitzer und reibungslose Übergabe der Wohnung.

Cons:

Nichts. Wir wären gerne noch deutlich länger geblieben.

Comfort and relax.
Pros:

The apartment was cozy, restful, clean and spacious. The mattress was very comfortable. The area was quiet, lot of parking spaces. You have to drive to the beach however it's not too far (more or less 15 min). Myrtle beach was nice and clean. I recommend it.

The property was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The host (Micheal) was amazing! The view of the lake from the balcony suffices for it not being on the beach. The balcony’s is screened in. It’s a very spacious apartment with all the amenities you will need/want. We will definitely come back to stay and highly recommend it! 10/10
