Great location. Friendly staff
Pros:

Room was comfortable. Decent size balcony to relax and enjoy the sunset. Infinity pool on roof top was cool, just closes early. The staff is great. Very friendly and helpful. Assisted to book a taxi back to the airport. Location Great as it's central to the goa coastline so u can walk to any of the beaches from your room. Lots of eating places close by as well and the area is quiet and peaceful in the evenings. Will definitely book again.

Cons:

Breakfast was not that great. Food was dry and not a large variety for foreigners. Mostly local cuisine and fruit available.

Hotel is a 3 star and not 4 star

Break fast was different varieties, and really enjoyed tasting the different foods

Cons:

The cleanliness of the shower and bedding was a real let‑down. We had to ask the manager to come and inspect the bedding upon arrival, as it appeared the pillowcases had not been changed from the previous guests. The bedding and pillowcases were replaced, and although the manager apologised, the pillows themselves were smelly. Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness of the room was the only disappointment during our stay.

Pros:

Ruime kamer met hele fijne bedden. Goede service.
Strand 15 minuten afstand lopend.

Cons:

Ontbijtbuffet is gericht op Indiase toeristen, maar wel goede eieren en toast.

All in all a really lovely accommodation, just a little too far from the beaches, bars and eateries, but that’s just our

Lovely and clean decor. Good housekeeping, nice little touches such as slippers in the room. Everything provided for us . The roof top pool was amazing.

Cons:

No bar. The restaurant was only really for breakfast. But that was a misunderstanding on our part paying more attention to the lovely photos rather than reading the details.

Quiet hotel away from the noisy streets of calangute
Pros:

Staff in restaurant were very kind and helpful to us .
Pool was beautiful but could do with more sun beds and umbrellas for shade
Omelettes were excellent

Cons:

Asked for decaf coffee but non available .Breakast choice was limited ,pastries hard, coffee machine not great .pancakes would have been good .

Our time in Goa
Pros:

The hotel was very nice, friendly staff, reasonably clean, the pool was nice. The view from. Our room was amazing, like looking over a jungle. There were birds and sometimes monkeys.

Cons:

I had my Kindle stolen on the first day. It was in my bag in the room. So if you stay there I recommend you put everything in the safe in your room. Even if you think it is not that valuable

Very friendly and welcoming staff throughout our stay. The hotel is nice and clean, and the location is great — very close to the beach. The breakfast was good (not a huge selection, but perfectly enjoyable). The rooftop pool was lovely and a great place to relax. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

The WiFi works on one main connection throughout the hotel, so it was occasionally a bit slow. Our room was next to the road, and there was noticeable traffic noise even with the balcony doors closed. The floor was still quite wet when we arrived; housekeeping came to dry it, but it didn’t make a big difference. At the rooftop pool, there were sometimes plates and towels left around, and there could have been more sun loungers available.

Our stay was excellent and Congratulations goes to Kailash who was absolutelty brilliant
Pros:

Staff very Helpful Specially the Manager His approach, attention to detail, Helpful and to go the extra mile.
Food was also brilliant compliments to the Chefs.
We recommend this Hotel and will certainly stay there if we visit Goa again

Cons:

Staff very friendly but are in desperate need of Training.
Also recommend that you change the Cleaners for the Towels etc as they were not very clean
