SF HOTEL Penthouse Residences

Грязная комната, запах из кондиционера , старый ремонт. Несоответствие фотографий . Например спортивный зал с видом на город закрыт, хотя именно он был причиной бронирования !

Always a smell of cigarettes in halkway. Terrible wifi this time they have TV but does not work, why do we stay here??????? Kitchen but no cooking equipment so why have a kitchen???

Room very small.

During the 4 days I stayed, the room was never cleaned.
Every day I found new cockroaches in the floor.
There was gum on the table, and sticky dirty spots all over the room.
The hallways and room STINK of smoke and humidity, overall bad smell.
You could hear water drops from the ceiling aircondition vent, making it hard to relax or sleep.
And they charged me 20$ because the bed sheets had some dirty spots, which I don´t even know if they were from me or from before, because I only used one side of the bed.
Great location, but overall very bad experience. Definitely not a 4 star hotel.
In addition to all of that, there was no breakfast included.
And in order to go to the swimming pool, you have to walk through the main restaurant.
I didnt go because it was embarrasing to have the entire restaurant see me cross with a towel and shorts...

The room was not really clean. We spotted 2 small cockroaches as we entered the room

Guests from biggest neighboring country were smoking on the floor despite the smoking ban, was very unpleasant.
Hotel overall seems like a handout from previous luxury/good state into more economy state with luxury remains but rundown/dirty state.
Receptionist was absent on my arrival with no visible means to contact him.
Hotel located in the same area as apartments provided by the building owner

Cleanliness off the room not good enough, TV chanel only to connect with Chinese application if you're not Chinese TV in the room can't watch anything.

The tv was never working and everything on the tv was in mandarin so unfortunately I never got to enjoy the entertainment system , and one thing that I had BIG issue was that when I book my stay the second time under the same room and prices listed they gave me a smaller room and when I brought it up to the front desk I was told that it was my problem and I booked it wrong knowing that I booked the right room which was very unprofessional knowing I paid the same price as the previous room I had and was down graded for whatever reason , also there were a lot of roaches in the middle of the night , and everytime I went to use the pool or gym it was always a 5 minute process ass they didn’t believe that I was staying in the hotel and that was very unwelcoming because after that I felt like it was a hassle for me to used the pool or gym which left me now wanting to go for that reason .
