Worst Stay, Avoid Fab Express properties

Everything was pathetic. I called the hotel in the morning to confirm my parents stay at night, they said we are closed due to construction and fab express was informed the same. Once I called fab express their ASM went to the property and don’t know what happened but then got a call that we will provide one room. When my parents reached, room was basic, AC not working, toilet seat broken, no toiletries provided, nothing what was mentioned in fab express booking. Worst experience with fab hotels, they tie up with cheap guest houses and don’t care to provide services as per charge.

Safe for international people
Pros:

I had first the came at india at varanasi from France, when I reached airport, in search the hotel , so i firstly shown fab express aditya guest house , such a good hotel at varanasi, and rooms was pleasant good, slightly location was good, very good nature of staff, I highly recommend to my foreigners and nra fnds to stay here

I booked Deluxe Double Bedroom with advance payment almost 18 days in advance, on first day of my arrival they gave me a room with sharing bathroom, and told me by mistake we booked your room.. On next day they shifted me to a room but that was also not Deluxe Double Bedroom. It was very small Room no.205. Room was clean.

They don't have any restaurants or kitchen. They just have a dirty room where they cook for their own. They provide breakfast for guests from nearby roadside stalls (thela) which certainly gotta be tasteless, cheap and completely unhealthy, I threw them in dustbin. You cannot watch TV because they don't have cable connections and their WiFi speed is very slow, so watching TV by WiFi is also not possible.
They don't have any lifts or maximum amenities as described on Booking.com websites respectively. They just have three full time staffs among them one who is Mahendra Pandey as far as I remember his name who is very talkative and cunning, he is caretaker of this place. He thinks and believe everyone is fool and will fool customers by his sweet talks.

I WENT THERE AFTER READING GOOD REVIEWS. BUT, REALIZED MOST REVIEWS ARE FAKE REVIEWS.
