Firstly the Hitel in NOT in a Tea Plantation as it mention a big No it us located nowhere in an isolated area absolutely no attractions at all you could not even reach a simple tea bush to touch it is mikes away from any tea room or a shop reception had no money to give you back your balance as a hotel you must have a float ( money ) weather used or not , very very disappointing my toilet seat was literally falling apart the toilet was not clean even though I checked in at 6pm they had enough time to prepare the room . Their roof top was covered with water no one pulled the water dry it smelled and was dirty , people / guest should have the right to know this information and can decide if they want to book or not they do not have a lift too . so dissatisfied

Cons:

I booked the room on Booking.Com & got the confirmation to my email & when I reached hotel after tired by driving. The reception female says ur room is cancelled & denied to give room on the price I booked on Booking.Com & as I was tired & it was late evening I have to pay extra money to take same room.
It was very pathetic service & the reception people are not at all ready to support me or understand my situation.
