Cons:

I booked the room on Booking.Com & got the confirmation to my email & when I reached hotel after tired by driving. The reception female says ur room is cancelled & denied to give room on the price I booked on Booking.Com & as I was tired & it was late evening I have to pay extra money to take same room.
It was very pathetic service & the reception people are not at all ready to support me or understand my situation.

The way the staff behaved was rude and was showing too much of attitude
The room and washroom was unclean mainly the wash room
The bedsheet werent washed since long i guess
They din have proper management of parking facilities for car. They behaved as though we are living on their expense.
The food was horrible. They said two main course but they provided only one and also the food serving area and the wash area was miserable and unhygienic. The staff behaved as though its none of their mistake

Pros:

Rooms are spacious and cozy and have a great view. Sunrise from Room Balcony feels like heaven. Staff is very supportive and cordial. Food is good. Had a great stay.

Cons:

Only letdown is location of the Hotel. It's located about 18-20 kms from Central Munnar. Choose this Hotel if you want a place away from Main city buzz
