Pros:

I liked the restaurant staff behaviour and food taste was good.breakfast was tasty

Cons:

In room I could see spider and all the places dust are there. Wordrobe and wall are not at all clean.please mantain cleanness

Firstly the Hitel in NOT in a Tea Plantation as it mention a big No it us located nowhere in an isolated area absolutely no attractions at all you could not even reach a simple tea bush to touch it is mikes away from any tea room or a shop reception had no money to give you back your balance as a hotel you must have a float ( money ) weather used or not , very very disappointing my toilet seat was literally falling apart the toilet was not clean even though I checked in at 6pm they had enough time to prepare the room . Their roof top was covered with water no one pulled the water dry it smelled and was dirty , people / guest should have the right to know this information and can decide if they want to book or not they do not have a lift too . so dissatisfied
