Напротив номера туалет. Ночью постоянно карала вода. Слышимость 100%. Администратора часто не было на месте. При выезде ждали около 20 мин , положили на стол ключ от номера и уехали
The location was amazing and the receptionist were so kind. They have a great terrace as well with a nice view of the city. The kitchen lady Zahide prepared an amazing Turkish speciality Menemen.
The coffee quality was not good and the breakfast was not with a lot of choices. Then with this price maybe it is okay. All in all it was enough.
The jolly personality of Ms. Zahida (the breakfast lady). We liked the breakfast as well.

The location was good and convenient.
Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The moment I arrived, the reception area had a strong smell of cigarettes, which didn’t give a good first impression.
The room itself was dark, and the “cave-style” design felt more fake than charming. The humidity in the room was unbearable — the walls were wet, and some lime residue even got onto my clothes in my bag. There was no wardrobe or any safe, proper place to store luggage or hang clothing, which made things even more inconvenient.
The smell in the room was horrendous, and combined with the dampness, it was genuinely uncomfortable. I honestly couldn’t imagine staying another night.
Noise was also an issue — in the morning, balloons popping or inflating outside sounded like they were echoing directly inside the room. On top of that, no cleaning was done during our stay, which added to the overall poor experience.
I wouldn’t return, and I hope the hotel addresses these issues for future guests.

Perfect location, small cozy hotel, feels like a house. The rooms are very nice, the staff is very kind and helpful. There is a terrace where breakfast is served from 8.30 to 10.30, prepared by Zahide, that prepares a very nice buffet and she is also the one that keeps your room tidy and clean (if you want to).
I really appreciate staying in this hotel and I would for sure recommend it.

Très bruyant jusqu'à minuit (musiques de tous les rooftops alentours) puis un bruit de séchoir par intermittence toute la nuit, personnel moyennement aimable, literie très fatiguée (surtout les oreillers), ne pas compter sur le parking car il n'a que très peu de places...
Camera scavata nella roccia davvero caratteristica. Terrazza molto carina con una vista davvero bella. Si è in centro del paese con ristoranti e negozi. Colazione ottima!
Forse anticiperei la colazione perché aprire la cucina alle 9 è un po' limitante per chi vuole sfruttare la giornata a pieno.
Fantastic location - close to town
Photos didn’t reflect current state of the property. Wifi was slow. Asked for more toilet paper, got given paper towels, understand this can happen but cummon!
Lokalizacja hotelu w samym centrum Goreme, z ładnym widokiem z tarasu. W pokoju ciepło mimo niskich temperatur na zewnątrz.
W łazience pleśń, personel mógłby zwrócić na to uwagę w przyszłości. Śniadania ubogie, ale stosunek ceny do jakości ok. Niestety w pokoju bardzo głośno, sluchać muzykę z restauracji, dziwne odgłosy jakby z klimatyzacji, niestety cieżko spać tam w nocy. Nie polecam jedynie korzystać z dodatkowych usług jak rezerwacja lotu balonem, lepiej skorzystać z profesjonalnych agencji polecanych w internecie.
Помешкання класне, відчувала ніби я у якомусь фільмі, все камʼяне, класно показаний колорит і атмосфера міста, персонал привітний та позитивний, все було чудово, розташування класне, сніданки чудові і були на верхньому поверсі готеля, тому вид був прекрасний
було трохи холодно в кімнаті, так як не працювала батарея, тому я трошки прихворіла
