Very bad hotel
Pros:

Location

Cons:

There was no staff available at the hotel. After checking in we didn’t meet the staff. We were staying with our family with no one else in the hotel building. WiFi wasn’t working in our rooms. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great for a night or two if you want no frills near the centre
Pros:

Great location - kind and helpful team when contacted

Cons:

No fridge in room, WiFi very poor, no receptionist during entire stay (although WhatsApp communication was good), also some kittens on site in dire need of medical attention

The owner of the hotel very helpful and grateful and evry one in the hotel they helpe us in baloon tour and atv tour and airport transport

Pros:

La atención fue increíble, con un personal súper amable que nos ayudó incluso a organizar excursiones. El desayuno era muy rico y completo, al estilo turco.
Desde la habitación y también durante el desayuno disfrutábamos de una vista increíble. El servicio de limpieza fue muy bueno y además cuentan con servicio de lavandería. Sin duda volveriamos!

Die besonders zentrale Lage des Hotels ist ein großer Pluspunkt und ideal für Erkundungen. Der Aussichtspunkt Aşıklar Tepesi, von dem aus man die Ballons beobachten kann, ist in nur etwa 7 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und auch von der Hotelterrasse aus bietet sich ein schöner Blick. Das frisch zubereitete Frühstück überzeugt durch Qualität und Geschmack. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die sehr freundlichen und aufmerksamen Mitarbeiter, die den Aufenthalt angenehm machen. Taxi-Zentrale und Busbahnhof befinden sich ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auf Anfrage wird zudem ein Hoteltransfer zum Flughafen Kayseri für 15 € pro Person angeboten.

Tiene una inmejorable ubicación que permite apreciar la ciudad de Göreme desde el amanecer con el paso de los globos aerostáticos hasta la noche con la ciudad preciosamente iluminada!!!

Un breve soggiorno con qualche problema

Rapporto qualità prezzo e lo staff che ci è venuto incontro per sistemare le problematiche che abbiamo avuto durante il soggiorno.

Cons:

Putroppo saremo stati sfortunati noi, ma la camera che ci è stata data aveva parecchia muffa sulle pareti del bagno e nella doccia. Inoltre non funzionava correttamente il riscaldamento. Stando larghi è da classificare come 2 stelle.
