It was very unkept, we had an issue with a crack head extremely upsetting our Christmas family time police had to be called twice while we were there

Caretakers office was filthy and smokey, hadn't seen a vacuum cleaner in quite a while by the look of the carpet and there were things stacked everywhere--real untidy. The flyscreens of the office were worn with holes in them, which should have been a warning for the small cottage. The Cottage was run down, the lounge was stained and sunken in places, there was a gap between the shower and floorboards. Nothing felt clean. We decided to eat out and not use any of the cutlery or crockery supplied. The bed looked clean and was comfortable to sleep in. The verandah had holes in the deck. The reviews for this accommodation were good which was a real surprise when we checked in. Very very basic and would have been good if clean. Felt like someone had stayed the night before and they hadn't cleaned the unit. Most run down caravan park ever seen.

Rough. But passable for just one night.
Pros:

Well located. Clean. Quite run down. Noisey wall mounted air conditioner.

Cons:

Quite run down. Lots of long-term residences. We only had a quarter of a roll of toilet paper and no replacement.
