I am writing to formally log my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at your establishment. While the quality of a business is often judged by its overall operations, the frontline staff represents your brand, and currently, that representation is entirely unacceptable.
In particular, the behavior of the female receptionist on duty was deeply unprofessional. Instead of being welcoming, helpful, or efficient, her attitude was dismissive, rude, and completely lacking in basic customer service etiquette.
Dealing with the front desk should be a seamless experience, but her conduct turned it into an incredibly frustrating ordeal. A business cannot sustain a good reputation when the very first point of contact treats clients with such blatant disregard.
I expect a much higher standard of professionalism, and I strongly urge management to address this lack of training and poor attitude immediately. I hope this feedback prompts the necessary corrective action, as no customer should be subjected to that kind of treatment.

Zero parking arrangements despite of a huge space inside the property. No wallet. No assistance for luggage to be picked up when you arrive at the hotel. The staff is pathetic, I asked the reception that I need to talk to the manager. Neither the receptionist nor the manager reached out to me

I would highly recommend this hotel. It is beautiful and very cheap too.
Pros:

I wanted a nice hotel but not too expensive as I was only there for a bit (early plane meant I didn't even have breakfast). But wow. It was so cheap and my friend was adamant that it wouldn't be anything special, but he was wrong. Beautiful hotel and I hope to stay again in the future.

Cons:

I couldn't pay online to secure the room. Apparently related to me not being a resident. My friend had to sort out on his phone.
