Great property, but the management needs to look into finer points to make it a good experience for
Pros:

Clean public areas, rooms and bathrooms. Very comfortable beds and bedding.

Cons:

The drain smell in the toilet was horrible. Breakfast options are very limited. Also the entry through a side gate, with a worn out torn carpet gave a really bad first impression. The first night we even thought of changing hotels because of the terrible first impressions.

The property was spacious, the rooms were adequate, cleanliness and hygiene was good, the location is good both from accessibility and neatness to other places.

Cons:

Dining staff was laid back and quick in responding. Facilities should be more to have a premium feeling. Parking facilities should be there.

I had great experience with Omni residency by treebo … staff was good and cooperative .. food was excellent food quality is great.. morning breakfast buffet is very tasty and staff there was so cooperative.great location i ll must visit again thankyou omni residency.

Overall stay was very good and 8 out of 10, except few things as mentioned above.
Pros:

Overall stay was very good and even food was tasty and matched our expectations. Location is good with open reception and spacious movement across lobby. only view from Hotel rooms was not good with obstruction from window. Mr. Anil at reception was nice and genuine

Cons:

Obstructed view from room of front garden. Room was bit smaller but manageable. Bathroom should have separate bottle for shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, instead of all in one.

Not a hotel that I will stay again

Staff responsiveness. Didn’t felt welcome and they seem to be not so warm with guests….mainly the reception and they seemed helpless to make feel guests that they are welcome to stay with them. Not happy. Housekeeping staff were much better.

We turned there in middle of night. There was not a single sole except or a watchman with outfit like that of a personal

Highly disappointed. There was nothing to like about it. It was a banquet hall recently branded as hotel with very attractive name that people like me get trapped

Cons:

As above , it is in my opinion like a hostel type accommodation. It can be like a 1 or 2 star hotel.
