Good location, courteous staff. Property needs some maintenance
Pros:

The location was fairly close to the MG Road. The staff was prompt and courteous

Cons:

The property is getting run down. The door knob between our rooms was dysfunctional. The shower handle was broken and difficult to adjust. One wall was damp with the paint flaking. Definitely not value for money.

L'hotel est bien situé et facile à trouver.

Cons:

C'est un hôtel pour les groupes. Donc les voyageurs individuels ne sont pas la priorité. Le personnel est incompétent ou terrorisé, inefficace en tous cas. L'enregistrement à l'arrivée a pris un temps fou. L'hôtesse a constaté avec nous que la serrure de notre chambre (404) ne fonctionnait pas mais c'est resté comme ça. Il y avait une lampe impossible à éteindre au dessus de notre lit (problème électrique connu de "retour"). Le petit déjeuner n'est possible qu'à partir de 7:30 dans un pays où la météo n'est belle que le matin. Notre seule mauvais souvenir d'étape au Sikkim. La chaine similaire des hôtels UDAAN est de loin préférable.

Good hotel, but it's a bit pricey.
Pros:

Location within walking distance from main market, street food, medical stores, and atm nearby.
Staff was very helpful and respectful.
Adequate amount of toiletries.

Cons:

It's a bit pricey.
Only one non-veg item per meal in buffet.
Usually, there are 2, at the east generally.
Not much options in the breakfast buffet for non-veg.
The standard room didn't have any view.

Pros:

Everything. The best hospitality someone can think of. Thanks to Ms. Suman and Mr. Adarsh for their prompt support and cooperation whenever required. I will recommend Cilantro Unwind to everyone visiting Gangtok for a wonderful memorable stay experience.

Good value, great place
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Manisha, santosh and siddhaant helped us at the front desk and Priyanka and Bipanna were great in the restaurant. It was close to everything we needed and we had a wonderful time
