Perfect Location in the Heart of the Old Town
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Its location in the heart of the old town is perfect for exploring the city on foot.

Just around the corner is a long street full of boutiques, cafés, and restaurants, while local markets are also within easy walking distance. The parking area is conveniently located just around the other corner, making arrival and departure very easy.

I would highly recommend this hotel for both a one-night stay and a longer visit. It offers an excellent location and great convenience for anyone wanting to experience the charm of the old town.

Cons:

The only small suggestion I would make concerns the entrance. It is easy to miss because it consists of large wooden doors, and you need to ring the bell to be let inside. If you are expecting a typical hotel entrance with glass doors and a visible reception desk, you might walk right past it. It would be helpful if the hotel mentioned this in the welcome message sent to guests before arrival. Also, the reception is located on the fourth floor, so it is useful to know this in advance.

Authentic Italian stay ❤️
Pros:

Great location, classic Italian atmosphere, tidy and super clean. The room was air conditioned and comfortable as it were super hot days >36 degrees outside.

L’accès au stationnement pour 9€ très bien géré par le personnel à notre arrivé + l’emplacement de l’hôtel

Cons:

Pas de climatisation, il faisait très chaud dans la chambre. Le lit était très dur.

Il personale era molto gentile e disponibile, stanza e bagno molto puliti, la posizione in pieno centro

Cons:

C'era un problema con il condizionatore che non funzionava, al suo posto ci è stato messo un ventilatore ma dato che durante il nostro soggiorno c'erano 35 gradi si moriva di caldo. Capisco che possano esserci problemi con i condizionatori ma secondo me bisogna avvisare per tempo i clienti in maniera tale che possano valutare anche possibili situazioni alternative, non si può pagare una camera con condizionatore al pari di una senza

Functional and friendly hosts
Pros:

Great staff and location. Perfect for a quick stop in Bologna! Clean and comfortable with friendly staff!

Cons:

The host said it could get loud at night, but that didn’t seem to be much of a problem. It was a little warm in the room, even with AC, but great location and very accommodating and friendly hosts. Felt very safe.

E' stato un ottimo soggiorno, tornerei senz'altro e nello stesso hotel.
Pros:

Camera molto ampia, confortevole e pulita. Bagno ampio con finestra. Posizione ottimale in centro a Bologna in un palazzo storico. Comodo parcheggio pubblico vicinissimo e molto conveniente con il voucher dell'hotel.
