Good location... nice room... definitely eat elsewhere.
Cons:

Restaurant food quality was terrible. Ordered the shrimp cakes things.... uggh definitely not shrimp. Shrimp flavored battered something. Ordered the fried chicken plate. What a joke. Very small pieces of chicken (bite size to a rodent small) fried beyond recognition. A dog would not have eaten them. When said something to server, she just looked lost and confused. Tried the breakfast buffet the next morning, why I don't know. Same quality... same disappointment.

Perfect Base for Exploring (and Indulging in) Bangkok
Pros:

A bed so big and comfy you might briefly consider cancelling your sightseeing plans. After a day in the Bangkok heat, it’s exactly what you’ll need. There’s also a fridge — which in this climate isn’t a luxury, it’s survival. Perfect for ice-cold drinks… or storing that ridiculously good Asian mango (assuming it makes it past the first five minutes).
Location-wise, it’s a winner. A mile from airport train. You’re close to both the BTS Skytrain and MRT, so ticking off Bangkok’s must-see sights is easy. Want a little chaos with your culture? Simply cross the road and you’re at Soi Cowboy — enter at your own discretion.
Shopping is dangerously convenient too — ideal if you “accidentally” packed light and need to fill an empty suitcase. Food won’t be an issue either. Feeling lazy? There’s a comfy restaurant downstairs with a discount for hotel guests (we love a bargain). Feeling adventurous? Terminal 21 and the Korean night market are both within easy walking distance.
Comfort, convenience, mango storage. What more could you want? Especially, for that price, which is not bad either.
