Great place under budget with a view
Pros:

The rooms are spacious. Value for money. Such scenic views from the room. Breakfast was awesome. Staff was polite.

Cons:

Some changes in the interior of the room. Good towels , bathroom should be more clean. But ya you get what you pay. Everything else is good

Pros:

There is nothing good about Shiv sagar palace.

Cons:

The structure is depleting and not maintained. It gives a feeling of haunted place. The breakfast spread is very limited, and so is the food menu. There is no room service. There are no amenities provided in the room, such as no kettle, no refrigerator, and the TV does not work. It's not worth the money they charge. There were several blackouts during the night, and the backup generator was not working. We had sleepless nights. We checked out earlier than planned. It's not worth staying at Shiv sagar palace.

Good, will surely re-visit hoping the improvements are made.
Pros:

We liked the location the view from rooms and the eating area. The food taste and quantity were good!
Polite staff, helpful in making arrangements for travel/auto, etc.,

Cons:

The check-in process and food preparation were very slow.
Also, the palace should be better maintained, and the road leading to the hotel could be better illuminated. At times it gave a spooky effect, which affected small kids and senior citizens.

We didn't stay as in such a big hotel we were only guests and 2 staff .the hoel and atmosphere was horrifying .it was unkempt and eerie.we couldn't even imagine to stay there and literally hurried back to car
