Brilliant value awesome location
Pros:

It was a last minute booking. Room was brilliant after 23km hike. Didn't make it to the pool. Booked for buffet dinner with ease. Great location to watch sun set over the Atlantic

Maravilloso pero REVISAR LA LIMPIEZA

La limpieza todo bastante bien lo único es que revisen bien los edredones pork nos tocó uno que estaba manchado de sangre o a saber que y las cortinas necesitan lavarse también estaban con manchas bastante raras… y las actividades un poquito aburridas. Y la habitación que nos tocó era un témpano de hielo no le daba el sol en ningún momento jajajajaj casi nos congelamos

Nuit courte …Booking doit mieux gérer avec ses partenaires qui paient pour être sur leur site !

L’emplacement et l’amabilité du personnel

Cons:

Mal insonorisé. Et lorsque j’ai réservé sur Booking la chambre avait un fenêtre et vue sur la mer, or nous étions en sous- sol sans fenêtre ! C’est Booking qui semble responsable du manque de clarté !

Miły personel, bar w którym można napić się drinka czy pograć w bilard, dostępny basen lekko podgrzewany, zadbany i ogrodzony teren hotelu, dostępny duży parking oraz blisko do oceanu (bardziej widokowo)

Cons:

Na minus lokalizacja - hotel dla miłośników ciszy i natury, ale wszędzie potrzebne jest auto nawet jeśli chodzi o posiłki poza hotelem. Słabe śniadania codziennie to samo mocno postawowe, nie mieliśmy innych posiłków w hotelu więc nie wiem jak lunch czy obiad- jest dostępna taka opcja.

Wunderbares Hotel für eine Woche Fuerteventura.
Pros:

Lage, Pool, großes geräumiges Zimmer mit Kühlschrank. Alles sauber und gepflegt.

Cons:

Das Essen könnte hier und da von der Qualität besser sein. Vieles war sehr fettig. Fleisch teilweise sehr zäh.

Quiet small Hotel on a surfers Beach away from the crowds in a beautiful setting
Pros:

Good reasonable breakfast variety, slightly changing dinner options that were quite tasty. Exceptional staff always helpful and buzzing around, friendly!

Cons:

Missing the old Sports Programm from Playitas, but I think they are working on a new system and facilities. Gym ist still great! Tennis available, some yoga/stretching which is pretty good! Sauna/Jacuzzi not open, yet but amazing massage therapist on location!

Das Personal war sehr bemüht und sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Statt unseres gebuchten Comfortzimmers wurde ein Upgrade auf ein Appartement im letzten Winkel der Anlage angeboten, das furchtbar war - abgewohnt, mit abgeschlagenen Fliesen und Möbeln, schimmelige Vorhänge und ein Schlafzimmer, in dem ich nicht einmal meine Kleidung geben möchte und schon gar nicht darin schlafen. Nach heftiger Beschwerde wurde uns ein besseres Zimmer angeboten, obwohl uns bei der Ankunft gesagt wurde, dass kein Zimmer frei wäre. Das Essen war nicht sehr geschmackvoll und leider auch wenig abwechslungsreich. Entsetzt waren wir auch, als wir die Kanalisationsrohre am Strand entdeckten, unmittelbar unterhalb der Hotelanlage. Scheinbar wird das Abwasser ins Meer entsorgt!
