superbe ! quelques petites attentions seraient extra !!
Pros:

le bâtiment est magnifique
le restaurant est bon ainsi que le petit déjeuner. Personnel sympathique. hôtel calme et épuré.

Cons:

la chambre 320 est près d’une route ou beaucoup de voitures passent … ça m’a gâché les moments de calme de la journée. il aurait été appréciable d’avoir des petites attentions( gâteaux, fleurs, eaux, petit mot) en arrivant dans la chambre. on dirait que c’est un appart pour une location qui n’a pas été occupé depuis longtemps. c’est tout bête mais ça peut tout changer.

Se nota que es muy nuevo y hay muchos errores (en 6 noches que he pasado he tenido que llamar 3 veces para que me limpiasen la habitación “porque se les pasaba”)

Paraíso en el paraíso de Tenerife

Me ha gustado todo la verdad ! Es un lugar que toda la excelencia ! El lugar es mágico !!! La zona de la piscina tiene unas vistas espectaculares y se está súper tranquilo , una maravilla con hamacas y tumbonas súper cómodas y toallas a tu merced . Del personal nada más no se puede pedir , se ven a la gente alegre y muy pendientes ayudarte o a servirte , nos hemos sentido súper cómodos y sin falta de nada . Al personal le damos un 10 sobre todo a Jose M y a Ismael en la pisicina . Super atentos y simpáticos .
Las habitaciones son muy lujosas , camas cómodas y almohadas perfectas que yo suelo tener mala elección con eso …. Pero sin problemas….. la ducha y la bañera con suficiente caudal y agua caliente …. En las habitaciones tiene dunas vistas increíbles y aunque con mi hija nos tocó una habitación alta los planta bajas tienen su pisicima a 2 m de la terraza … nada recomendable 100x100 y le damos la excelencia

Se nos quedaba que tienen un lugar para niños con unos cuidadores lo las de simpáticos y comprometidos con su trabajo , gracias chicos .

Oase van rust in de zon. Luxe, geen blingbling, quality of life.
Pros:

Eigentijdse, praktische kamers, handig ingericht, superbed, degelijke verzorgingsproducten, fijn terras... alles is er.
Het ontbijt is werkelijk grandioos... heerlijk.
Het zwembad en de staf die ervoor zorgt dat je werkelijk niets tekort komt en dat alles constant piccobello en proper is. Dat geldt trouwens voor de hele staf! Open en hartelijke mensen.
Massage in de wellness was prima, de fitness redelijk goed geëquipeerd, niet groot, maar handig
Overal een prachtig zicht op zee. Rustige medegasten.

Cons:

Heel weinig, maar als ik écht kritisch mag zijn dan vond ik de openingsuren van de wellness te beperkt (enkel woe-zond en vaak nog niet de hele dag), sauna extra te betalen is jammer en het geluid van de airco-installatie storend als de raam van onze kamer openstond

Wonderful modern location to stay and enjoy the best of Tenerife. Great team and breakfast.
Pros:

The awesome room, modern and spacious with lovely sea views. Breakfast was great - massive amount of options. The team are so helpful and friendly at breakfast and at the pool in particular. Really lovely concierge team - super helpful.

Cons:

The spa is closed for 2 days per week and the team here are not always as great as the rest of the team. You have to book and pay for the sauna -£20 per person (free with a massage). The shuttle only operates from 6pm. The app is really poor and unintuitive, and you need to make most of your bookings through the app.
