A delightful stay in this beautiful hotel with staff who can’t do enough for their guests.
Pros:

The hotel is beautifully designed with large comfortable spacious rooms. The staff are delightful and so helpful. The food is delicious and the breakfast is absolutely superb!

Cons:

The piped music around the hotel is rather irritating outside the rooms. I had some noisy neighbours but the staff dealt with it so well and were so helpful.

Wunderbar in (fast) allen Belangen
Pros:

Die Architektur ist sehr modern und stimmig. Sie Gartenbeete sind sehr geschmackvoll arrangiert. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer lässt keine Weitere Wünsche offen. Genauso wie das Frühstück, dass wirklich alles bietet, was das Herz begehrt. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals (und auch ihre Professionalität ) in allen Bereichen ist wirklich beeindruckend. Das Hotel als solches lässt keine Wünsche frei.

Cons:

Obwohl man vom Zimmer aus einen schönen Ausblick hat, ist das Hotel (in dieser Gegend Teneriffas nicht anders zu erwarten) umgeben von kleineren Strassen (am Pool liegend hört man immer wieder Motorenlärm) und doch recht weit weg vom Meer.
Das Essen im Restaurant Bonfire war ok, ich hätte mir aber für den Preis definitiv mehr erwartet. Es dürfte einfallsreicher und auch schmackhafter sein.

Всё понравилось. Очень красивые номера, красивый вид. Номер просторный, чисто. Бассейн теплый, не глубокий. Внимание персонала особо впечатлило, очень приветливые, каждый день оставляли в номере вкусняшки и шампанское. В мой день рождения так же принесли тортик, всё было супер замечательно. Мы вернемся, обязательно.

Simply fabulous
Pros:

Fabulous resort, modern, uncluttered & fastidiously clean. The staff were excellent & knowledgeable as you'd expect from a 5 star resort. We had a villa which was superbly appointed and worth the cost. Facilities are excellent. The resort is a 5 minute taxi from the local town of La Caleta. An easy stroll in the morning but a fairly steep walk back given the terrain.

The hotel was absolutely amazing. The room was beautiful, spacious, and perfectly clean. The staff were very kind and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The only downside was the room service. When we called, it took about an hour for someone to arrive with the menu, and we were told that since we were staying on the fourth floor, it takes them longer to come up. Unfortunately, this was quite disappointing compared to the otherwise excellent experience.

Overall, a wonderful stay, but the room service definitely needs improvement.

Swim in swim out pool from the bedroom was fabulous. Perfect for getting a swim in before breakfast!
Quality of breakfast was excellent. Seasonally fresh and varied. All staff were very friendly, polite and engaging. Access to taxis exceptionally efficient.
