Pros:

We liked the staff at the restaurants and the pool. They were so attentive and had a great attitude. Always trying to make sure we were looked after.

The facilities were nice, the rooms were lovely and the amenities in the rooms were great.

Food was very good overwall and the breakfast spread was delightful!

Cons:

The concierge team didnt seem like they had good communication. Many things were missed and the staff seemed to change every day. There was no continuity and a lot of miscommunication.

If the idea is to attract guest who are willing to pay a premium for services, concierge is probably one of the key features that should be improved.

Relaxing and chill hotel, great for a short break

Great stay but a few niggles!
Pros:

The staff are all charming. Reception, luggage guys, waiting staff snd housekeeping are all very friendly, helpful and nothing is too much trouble. We ate at Bonfire three times, which was just perfect, truly the best steaks on the island, but charging for 2 slices of bread is I think, unnecessary. Breakfast is great with plenty of options on offer. On the whole an excellent hotel and one of our favourites.

Cons:

There remain a few niggles that will always stop me from giving the Hotel 10/10.

1. The Hotel is not adult only. This is a real shame as the hotel would be a perfect oasis of calm without screaming children around the pool. Timing is everything though and we did overlap with half-term so there were a lot of children for Week 1 but then the pre-school toddlers arrived in Week 2 (not sure which is worse).

2. Do not book rooms 125 to 128 as these face the kids play area. We didn’t realise this so moved rooms. We ended up in room 119 which is in front of the bar, which was better but can be noisy at bust times.

3. Smokers. The Hotel permits smoking on room balconies and terraces. Unfortunately for us the room above us and to the side had smokers so we were forced to retreat to the room on occasions to escape the cigarette stench!

We do love the Hotel and this is our third time here, but given the children policy and permitting smoking we may look at other options in future.

Fabulous hotel with fantastic staff
Pros:

Breakfast was very good.Views were great and the staff and cleanliness were fantastic. A big shout out to Daniel, Bernard, Adrian Andrea, Violarosa, Diego, Jose and Iveta....all amazing and the list could go on. We will revisit!!! Heard two seperate individuals say they were returning and the hotel only opened March 2025.

A delightful stay in this beautiful hotel with staff who can’t do enough for their guests.
Pros:

The hotel is beautifully designed with large comfortable spacious rooms. The staff are delightful and so helpful. The food is delicious and the breakfast is absolutely superb!

Cons:

The piped music around the hotel is rather irritating outside the rooms. I had some noisy neighbours but the staff dealt with it so well and were so helpful.
