Oase van rust in de zon. Luxe, geen blingbling, quality of life.
Pros:

Eigentijdse, praktische kamers, handig ingericht, superbed, degelijke verzorgingsproducten, fijn terras... alles is er.
Het ontbijt is werkelijk grandioos... heerlijk.
Het zwembad en de staf die ervoor zorgt dat je werkelijk niets tekort komt en dat alles constant piccobello en proper is. Dat geldt trouwens voor de hele staf! Open en hartelijke mensen.
Massage in de wellness was prima, de fitness redelijk goed geëquipeerd, niet groot, maar handig
Overal een prachtig zicht op zee. Rustige medegasten.

Cons:

Heel weinig, maar als ik écht kritisch mag zijn dan vond ik de openingsuren van de wellness te beperkt (enkel woe-zond en vaak nog niet de hele dag), sauna extra te betalen is jammer en het geluid van de airco-installatie storend als de raam van onze kamer openstond

Wonderful modern location to stay and enjoy the best of Tenerife. Great team and breakfast.
Pros:

The awesome room, modern and spacious with lovely sea views. Breakfast was great - massive amount of options. The team are so helpful and friendly at breakfast and at the pool in particular. Really lovely concierge team - super helpful.

Cons:

The spa is closed for 2 days per week and the team here are not always as great as the rest of the team. You have to book and pay for the sauna -£20 per person (free with a massage). The shuttle only operates from 6pm. The app is really poor and unintuitive, and you need to make most of your bookings through the app.

Mooie moderne architectuur en heel vriendelijk personeel. Rustige omgeving en toch centraal gelegen.

Very well presented. Beautiful suite. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped. Terrace was lovely for relaxing. 5 star suite and service!

Cons:

Nothing at all. We did have an issue with the shower but was fixed as soon as they could.

Style without the substance required at this level.
Pros:

The hotel makes an excellent first impression. The architecture is pretty good, and the concierge team is clearly well trained. Breakfast team also great. Unfortunately, the overall service does not yet justify the positioning or the rate.

Cons:

The property’s hardware is ahead of its operating model. Dinner service was uneven and poorly coordinated. While staff were friendly, friendliness alone cannot replace attentiveness, judgment and accountability. The physical property is ahead of the operating culture. With stronger leadership and a sharper focus on detail, this could become a very good hotel. At its current price point, it is not there yet.

Fajny pokój swim- up

Cons:

- muzyka na korytarzu grająca nawet o 23 i słyszy się ją w łóżku
- brak jednoznacznej „ do not disturb”! Personel puka i wchodzi kiedy chce ( wiele osób tu o tym pisało i nadal to zjawisko działa )
- pokoje koszmarnie akustyczne ! Słychać sąsiadów bardzo -w tej cenie absolutnie odradzam

Heerlijke drie dagen gehad.
Pros:

Hele fijne moderne ruime junior suite met veel
privacy. Ook op het balkon.
Bar is gezellig. Met heerlijk side-dishes. De beste patatjes ooit gegeten.
Restaurant Bonfire is ook een aanrader.
De presentatie in restaurant Crater was subliem.
Valet parking is geweldig georganiseerd.

Cons:

Het menu in Crater. Meer dan schitterend voor het oog.
Maar ons inziens teveel geitenproducten. Te dominant aanwezig. Thema was dan ook alles van eiland La Palma.

Le personnel est extrêmement agréable, disponible, souriant et professionnel. La navette pour aller en centre-ville est intéressante mais les créneaux pas assez tard le soir. La piscine attenante à la chambre est un vrai plus. Les attentions du personnel sont appréciables

Le personnel sonne pour offrir des chocolats ou des serviettes fraiches alors que nous ne souhaitons pas être dérangés. Il est difficile de distinguer ce qui est offert et ce qui ne l'est pas : certaines attentions sont déposées dans la chambre mais finalement sont payantes.
