Pros:

Всё понравилось. Очень красивые номера, красивый вид. Номер просторный, чисто. Бассейн теплый, не глубокий. Внимание персонала особо впечатлило, очень приветливые, каждый день оставляли в номере вкусняшки и шампанское. В мой день рождения так же принесли тортик, всё было супер замечательно. Мы вернемся, обязательно.

Simply fabulous
Pros:

Fabulous resort, modern, uncluttered & fastidiously clean. The staff were excellent & knowledgeable as you'd expect from a 5 star resort. We had a villa which was superbly appointed and worth the cost. Facilities are excellent. The resort is a 5 minute taxi from the local town of La Caleta. An easy stroll in the morning but a fairly steep walk back given the terrain.

Superb. We will be back!
Pros:

Swim in swim out pool from the bedroom was fabulous. Perfect for getting a swim in before breakfast!
Quality of breakfast was excellent. Seasonally fresh and varied. All staff were very friendly, polite and engaging. Access to taxis exceptionally efficient.

The hotel was absolutely amazing. The room was beautiful, spacious, and perfectly clean. The staff were very kind and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The only downside was the room service. When we called, it took about an hour for someone to arrive with the menu, and we were told that since we were staying on the fourth floor, it takes them longer to come up. Unfortunately, this was quite disappointing compared to the otherwise excellent experience.

Overall, a wonderful stay, but the room service definitely needs improvement.

Our day was fabulous. Would highly recommend!

The property was gorgeous. The staff were wonderful. We stayed in a two bedroom panoramic suite and it was lovely.

Cons:

There was really nothing I didn’t like about the property. The only thing I would like more is if they had another restaurant on site.

Stunning hotel. Wish we had more time to enjoy it.
Pros:

Absolutely beautiful hotel. The service was top notch. Check in was easy. They were able to honor our early check in request. The pool area is so relaxing and beautiful. The service was excellent. The room was huge and so clean. The Guerlain Imperial scented toiletries made me feel like royalty. The room was well appointed. We had a nice large balcony with views of the water in the distance. It was especially beautiful at night with the lights twinkling in the distance. There wasn't parking available, but David was nice enough to wait until there was street parking available and parked our car for us. We had to leave early in the morning, so we missed breakfast, but they packed us a huge picnic breakfast to take to the airport with us. Excellent dinner at the restaurant.

Cons:

I wish we had more time to enjoy the hotel.
