Secure, comfortable and convenient place in a diverse, friendly and interesting neighborhood.
Pros:

Perfect one bedroom apartment. Very well appointed with new renovations including a beautiful kitchen and bathroom. The hosts were very friendly and accessible as needed. They provided info and suggestions about getting around the city and local spots to visit in the neighborhood. Bed linens were soft and comfy.

This is an excellent location for those who want to be near The five boroughs.
Pros:

The location was really good for what I was in town for. The apartment was spacious and had more than enough room for me to feel comfortable and at home. The property was very clean, and the kitchen had all the necessities to cook a meal.

Lugar de descanso de las masas neoyorquinas.
Pros:

El casero fue en todo momento muy atento y amable, antes y durante la estancia. Está perfectamente adaptado para novatos en la ciudad, con instrucciones de todo, renovado por completo y con lista de supermercados cercanos. Es un apartamento muy acogedor y con todo tipo de accesorios. Muchas gracias a los caseros.

Cons:

Nosotros estuvimos en invierno, con temperatura entre 2 y -2°C, por lo que el calor al llegar se agradecía, pero podia resultar demasiado tener la calefacción en todo momento. Por otro lado, el problema de tener el aire acondicionado en el cuarto era que se escuchaban todos los sonidos externos.

Como en casa propia
Pros:

Me sentí como en casa, el departamento muy bien equipado con lo necesario para dormir tranquilamente y cocinar nuestros alimentos si así lo deseaba. Por otra parte cerca del metro y supermercados, además el trato de muy linda manera.

Very nice host, always ready to help. Nice equiped kitchen and appartment.

Cons:

Not possible to control the heater so even in December we needed to have open windows/or AC which is very difficult to sleep (bcs the noise). But someone might like it:)

Pros:

Très bon accueil. Appartement propre, bien équipé, idéalement placé dans le quartier d'Harlem avec proximité de la ligne de métro.

Cons:

L'appartement se situe sur un axe routier très bruyant. L'appartement dispose d'une chambre et d'un matelas pneumatique et non d'un canapé lit ce qui nous a surpris.

Cómodo piso turístico
Pros:

Apartamento ubicado cerca del metro, con algún supermercado por la zona. Los caseros muy majos están atentos y pendientes para la entrega de llaves y muestran interés por si hay peticiones o necesidades durante la estancia. Hay una cama y dos colchones hinchables, pudiendo dormir hasta 5 personas. Cocina funcional y cómoda

Cons:

No deja de ser un piso turístico, es una ciudad cara y ruidosa, da igual la hora que habrá ruido. Es difícil dormir del tirón a pesar de estar en un octavo. Recomendable llevar tapones y antifaz, aunque hay cortinillas que evitan bastante el paso de luz. Cuando está la calefacción puesta hace mucho calor y no se puede regular, hay que jugar con las ventanas.
