Pros:

location

check in process on the day repeated what i already did online in advance 'to save time' so i don't think i really saved time but given time of day it was quick

Cons:

the advertising was misleading as the hotel appeared to have a pool from the photos

there were a lot of emails from Novotel so it was confusing

Staff are friendly, rooms are clean, location was good for an early morning flight.

Cons:

No hand towel or face washers, nothing to wash or dry the glasses, cups and spoons with, only 2 of each tea flavours, 4 sugars, 4 coffees.

Cons:

Room was very hot couldn’t cool it adequately for a comfortable sleep. Very heavy winter doonas were so hot we barely slept. Otherwise clean & comfortable with good dining experiences & close to terminals

Great proximity to the airport and a cosy room ambience
Pros:

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the international terminal, which was very convenient as I arrived just before midnight. Uber and SkyBus transport options were also nearby.

Cons:

I like a dark room so the light from the glass fridge door was a little annoying and I had to block it with some clothes. My room was closed to the lift so I could hear the ding of the elevator in the morning.

Super comfy stay close to airport.
Pros:

The closeness to the airport, together with the shuttle and the comfort of the stay was impressive. Quiet, comfortable and great service.

Very convenient and clean, comfortable hotel room.
Pros:

The hotel was conveniently located close to the airport which made my travel experience much more manageable. The rooms on both occasions were very clean. The beds were comfortable and I really liked the pillows.

Cons:

The only issue was with the communication with the property via booking.com. There was a delay in response, only part of my questions were answered and then my request wasn’t fulfilled. The staff at the hotel were great though.

空港に近く、無料シャトルバスがある。ターミナル3もしくは4からだったら徒歩で8分くらい。

Cons:

ホテルスタッフでのチェックインは列になっていて時間がかかる。

機械で自分でも出来る。
