Enjoyed it !
Pros:

Very good location with spacious room. The breakfast included both Chinese and western food, a lot of good choice. We originally booked only one bed, but the hotel kindly upgraded us to two big queen beds with a garden view, so my son and I could sleep comfortably. Our room was very quiet and our bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The hotel website should describe how to get to the hotel from the closest subway station. That would be very helpful!

Clean room

Cons:

Booking didn't say the room had no window (superior king room) had to pay additional for a room with window.
Air-conditioning only functions in the day and night time airflow is 24.5’ degrees. It was an oven to sleep in the room.
The window slide outwards but no ventilation is felt.
Bad decision to stay in this hotel.

Overall stay in the hotel room and breakfast is good experience. Only downside is the entrance access share with others

Pros:

Staff was helpful. Location of hotel is good as it is within walking distance to ancient town. Plenty of food options around the vicinity of the hotel.

Cons:

The corridor outside of our room constantly smells of smoke. There were ash trays on the top of dustbins placed at lift lobbies which seems to suggest that the hotel allows smoking in its premise. Although we got non-smoking rooms, we frequently gets whiffs of smoke smell coming into our room.

Too tricky with a negative impression
Pros:

With good location

Cons:

1. Just two elevators within a 20 floors building, and have to share with lift with other people in the same building due to there are more than 3 different hotels in the same building with different floors, is not safe and comfortable as well as the lift is too slow.

2. The reception staff is tricky and ask me to cancel my booking instead of make another reservation offline and become a member of their hotel group that I can get a breakfast for free.
