I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service at this hotel. Everything about my stay was more than wonderful, from the elegance of the hotel to the exceptional level of hospitality.

I would especially like to thank Bilal and Ibrahim for their incredible support and professionalism during my stay. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of at all times. Their dedication, kindness, and attention to detail truly made a difference and turned my stay into an unforgettable experience.

I am extremely happy with my stay at this luxurious hotel, and I can honestly say that I have never experienced service of this level anywhere else. It was a unique experience that cannot be repeated in any other place.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellence, comfort, and top-quality service. I also strongly recommend that Bilal and Ibrahim receive recognition, promotion, and rewards for their outstanding dedication and hard work.

What I appreciated most about the hotel was its exceptional location directly overlooking the Bosphorus, which added a unique sense of beauty and tranquility to the stay. The breakfast was varied, carefully prepared, and served in a pleasant atmosphere.

I would also like to express my sincere appreciation for the professionalism and kindness of the staff, especially Ibrahim, Bilal, and Ahmed Ameer. My special thanks go to Mr. Ibrahim for his exceptional courtesy and care, and for kindly driving us to the airport.

It was a truly memorable stay, and I would be happy to return in the future.

Location & the staff

We stayed for the weekend so I could compete in the European triathlon championships. We arrived late in Friday night and unfortunately my bike hadn’t been transported. We were warmly welcomed despite the late check in. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. We had a tasty cocktail and delicious macarons left for us. Every detail was perfect.

Having mentioned my lack of bike on check in I woke to find the hotel staff (Emre) had proactively sourced me a bike from a local bike shop. Arranged a taxi and made it possible for me to actually race which I didn’t think would be a possibility. It really was going above and beyond!

The entire stay was wonderful. The staff were wonderful, the food was delicious and it really was a boutique hotel of the highest quality.

It was significantly more expensive than most hotels in Istanbul, but it was worth it. It really was another level

Le personnel de l hôtel était fantastique, principalement le concierge et le butler qui ont été d une très grande aide.
Nous avons adoré le restaurant italien et sa vue sur le Bosphore, et pourtant nous séjournons souvent en Italie.

This hotel sums up all my Istanbul trip from the view that took my breath away to the service we received specially I want to highlight Ferhat for his helpful services and always there when we need him to Bariş, the boat captain for his services as well and always on point.

This is truly a quintessential Istanbul experience—to travel back in time and stay in a historic building by the famous Bosphorus, reengineered once more recently and curated in detail by Vakko, one of the most elegant and famous fashion brands in Turkey. The location is perfect, the rooms are exquisite, and the staff is absolutely incredible!

Special thanks to our Butler, Bilal, who thought about every little detail even before we arrived and made us feel like 17th-century Sultans. As a very frequent global traveller, I have never witnessed such elegance, attention to detail, and professionalism in any crew like I have experienced with Bilal and his colleagues at Vakko Hotel Sumahan.
