親切でした。お風呂もシャンプーが選べて良かったです。お部屋も綺麗でした

Cons:

特にありませんが、強いて言うならば　連泊でしたので、旦那のバスタオルを新しく持って来るのに　大浴場まで取りに行かなくてはいけないのは　少しめんどくさかったです。

料金は激安価格ではないですが、大手ビジネスチェーンホテルよりはずっと良い
Pros:

京風朝ごはん美味しかったですし、朝の忙しい時間帯でもビュッフェスタイルでご自由に、ではなく受付して席を案内してくれるスタイルで、サービスを大事にしていると感じました。
アメニティもきちんとしたものがしっかり揃っていました
ダイニングと大浴場の混雑状況の案内も良かったと思います

Cons:

シャンプーの香料が強く、他の宿泊者からもプンプンしていました

時間制、日替り大浴場
Cons:

折角のRefaのシャワーなのに、カートリッジが外してあった。
大浴場はいつまでたっても女性専用。いい加減、男性も使用出来るように時間制とか日替りにして欲しい。

Pros:

Location was awesome - close to trains, shopping, convenient to sightseeing. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was plentiful (though a bit more variety from day to day would be better). Would stay here again for my visit to Kyoto.
