京都観光に便利で割安な穴場のホテル
Pros:

京都駅から急行で5分の山科駅から、地下道を通って直結しているので、とても便利な割には割安だと思いました。
京都駅周辺に泊まるより、混雑を避けられるので、私は好きでした。
ユニクロ、無印、スーパー、美味しいベーカリー、レストランなどにも直結しているので、さらに便利。

Cons:

館内は迷いやすく、どのエレベーターで何階に行けば駐車場やモールに行けるのかを把握するのに、若干時間がかかりました。

Pros:

京都らしいビュッフェ形式の朝食はどれもすごく美味しい。大浴場（女性のみ、男性は大浴場無し）のシャワーヘッドや脱衣所のドレッサーにあるドライヤーはReFa製、シャンプーバーもあり、普段使えない様なシャンプー、コンディショナーも置いてある。

JR、京都市営地下鉄東西線、京阪京津線の3路線が乗り入れており、アクセスはバッチリです。（京都駅まではJRで5分）
商業施設ラクト山科やスタバ、コンビニなどもあり、最高の立地です。

特にありませんが、

注意点は、男性用の大浴場はありません。

Pros:

親切でした。お風呂もシャンプーが選べて良かったです。お部屋も綺麗でした

Cons:

特にありませんが、強いて言うならば　連泊でしたので、旦那のバスタオルを新しく持って来るのに　大浴場まで取りに行かなくてはいけないのは　少しめんどくさかったです。
